After a long search we found Jose at JV Builders. We have a fairly large project. We are adding a master bedroom, bathroom, walk in closet and living room. We are in our second month and things are progressing well. What we really love is the constant communication from Jose. He takes care of the project as well as any issues. So far we are very happy. I had the most reasonable estimate from JV Builders and I'm glad I went with them. Jose, owner is so nice and very professional to deal with. I had my tub removed and turned it to a walk in shower. They did an excellent job that I ended up doing also my countertop and sinks. Now I have a whole brand new bathroom! Then I had an electric fireplace placed on my dining room. It looks great and added a nice ambience to the room! I still have 1 more job for them to do, my powder room! Awesome company to work with.

Just completed my master bathroom renovation with JV Builders and I can't rave enough about the experience I had with them. From the very first phone call setting up my consultation to the final walk through, the JV team was phenomenal! They even provided a ""design consultant"" who shops with you to ensure all the necessary pieces are selected. It was truly a concierge style service. As the project went underway, my project managers communicated with me on the daily and always made sure I was aware of what was happening and what was coming next. They always answered any questions I had in the most timely manner. The most impressive thing about them was their integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Jose always went above and beyond to help us in any way they could on regards to our kitchen remodel. He made everything simple and always kept our budget in mind. We asked him to make quite a few changes from the original plan and even asked for help with other small projects around the house and Jose always accommodated in any way that they could. I am very happy with the way that our kitchen turned out. All of the work was done carefully and precisely and they made sure to protect the areas of the house that were not being worked on as well. They are a very reliable and honest team and I would highly recommend them for any projects you have in mind.

Contracted to do a driveway replacement after receiving 3 bids. JV Builders was awarded the job based upon their competitive price, demonstrated technical knowledge and favorable reviews. Being in a district, we must comply with approved drawings, which included recreation of the original ribbon driveways common throughout our neighborhood. 

It took 3 days to complete the job, which seemed reasonable (1 day demo and forms, 1 day for pour and finish, 1 day to install bricks).

Jose was very prompt and great with communicating. Also, the pricing on the work was very fair. They ore truly licensed and proficient with their work. JV Builders replaced our roof. They were able to reuse many of our concrete tiles. We had a complicated situation, since we have solar panels as well. They removed the panels, replaced the roof, installed a new skylight and then reinstalled the solar panels. Our project was done one time and there were no problems which is very rare. We were extremely happy with their work and would recommend them to other interested homeowners.

AMAZING Experience! Jose and his team were nothing short of amazing. We needed a roof replacement on our home in Burbank. We called a couple of local roofers and getting no return calls, I looked up roofers in the Pasadena in hopes they serviced Burbank. Jose returned my call within an hour and was at our place the next day to provide an estimate. He was incredibly responsive with my barrage of questions and was very accommodating with the timing of the work. He and his team were extremely professional to work with and left our place spotless when they were done.

We hired JV Builders to install a 10 by 30 patio. Which included the removal of landscaping and replacement. I have watched many projects and lots of crews work. Never have I seen such an efficient team. They work together, followed through on the complete tasks. The job was amazing and finished 2 days ahead of schedule.
