I am surprised to not find more 5 Star reviews for this company. They redid my commercial roof in Campbell in 2012 and said there was a 10 year warranty. I was very pleased with the initial job and their price was very competitive. They have been very responsive to any issue since then and when we thought there was a leak developing at a roof hatch in August 2016, they came right out, repaired it and took photos of the repairs. Sent me a 'no charge' invoice with all materials and labor time itemized. Very impressive to see a company that really stands behind their workmanship.

Scott and Craig have done great work for me on several occasions. When I moved into a new building, there were several changes that needed to be patched, some low spots that were pooling, and crumbling caulk joints. The scuppers were set too high to drain properly. After Just Leaks made their repairs, all those problems were solved. They also showed me some other changes that I could make that would help preserve the life of the roof membrane. The prices were very reasonable. One time, I had another contractor working on the roof, and Just Leaks sent someone over because rain was in the forecast. They made sure that everything was sealed up tight before the rains came.

This company is very outstanding. They are always honest and up-front, very accommodating to tenant's and customer's needs and wants, and the work they do is top notch. Along with that, when you're done, they will give you a detailed invoice with color photos of the work performed.
