Adolfo F.We dealt with a pin hole water leak (Cheap Copper Water Lines) which was located in our kitchen ceiling. Octavio(owner) came in within the hour of me contacting him to assess and give me a quote.
A few hours afterwards, his subcontractor replaced the damaged water line with a pex line and efficiently fixed our water leak problem in the attic space.
Additionally, we are interested in repiping our home(replace the cheap copper for PEX), and he walked us through the process and presented a fair quotation.
I would recommend Octavio. He's efficient, reasonable, and great communicator.
Amanda R.I would NOT recommend this company. Unfortunately I jumped the gun when they actually responded and were willing l to show up, since a lot of contractors dont these days. I should have looked up his license and looked in to them further.
Sloppy job. Everything they did was messy and sloppy work. I spent hours cleaning up after them. Then to end up with a leaky valve that ruined my cabinet and a wavy wall that they came back out twice for and it still looks bad.
I requested a small refund to hire someone else to fix the issues and was met with a argument. Eventually he refunded me a lesser amount. I was generous with 2 stars. Only because he actually answered every time I called.
