I had a small but tricky job. I wanted to install solar panels on my roof.
I have a good 50-year metal tile roof; Unfortunately, they are not suitable for installing solar panels as you can not walk on them. So I needed a hybrid roof to accommodate solar panels.
The job was removing the metal tiles from an area and replace with composite shingles to prepare for solar panel installation. Metal tiles are installed on a 3"" high wood matrix and the height difference was to be addressed and dealt with!
I compared 5 bids. Julio's was not the lowest but the detail he addressed in his bid made me comfortable relying on his expertise.
Julio masterfully tied into the old roof, and I'm comfortable with his solution.
The job was finished in a day. I called back the next day and asked if they could come and fix something visual which they happily did.
I am pleased with the work, would hire this contractor again, and recommend the team.
