This company is weird! We hired them for a simple roof repair. It was scheduled for today at 7:30 am. The crew arrived an hour and a half late and went up on the roof for about 10 minutes. They came back down and left, saying they needed to get some extra supplies. At noon I called the main office and was told they would definitely be back in the afternoon. At 2:30, I called again and reached voicemail. A few minutes later I received a text stating their Forman would be here just after 4. At 4:30 I called again and texted. No response, so I hired someone else. Don't waist your time with this company! They are unreliable to say the least.

*FOLLOW-UP TO INITIAL 3-7-18 REVIEW:
Since there's no way to reply to the ridiculous assertions of Paul, I shall do it here:

A) We couldn't have cared less if your workers were from MARS. We simply wanted a good job.

B) To date, nearly 6 months later, our home has not been restored to its original condition and you've failed to repair all the damages it suffered at the hands of your company. (We are pursuing additional avenues now, as you are aware.)

C) I've got hundreds of photos that show the shoddy workmanship, unprofessional conduct of your employees, lack of supervision, and ZERO care for my property.

D) When you (for some odd reason) pat yourself on the back for 'replacing wood' on the roof, may I remind you that you were INSTRUCTED to replace ANY AND ALL compromised wood, for which we gladly paid????? Does someone need to applaud when your company finally gets something RIGHT???? (Even STILL, you had to come back, again & again, to attempt to fix all the deficiencies.)

E) And I couldn't care LESS about 'passing an inspection,' when my home has suffered egregious damages at the hands of your unsupervised employees.

*Nowhere in my contract does it say that I agreed for you to nail my soffits, putting permanent holes in them, around the perimeter of a 4000sf home; damage my gutters, bend and ruin my fascia; mark-up my paint; lose gutter spikes and leave holes in the gutters; kill my plants; leave an endless sea of empty bottles, food containers, cigarette butts, plastic wrappers, shingles packaging, old busted shingles, hundreds of roofing nails, and trash all over my property; leave dumpsters parked ON my lawn so the grass died!

** BUT the contract does say JT Roofing will complete the job for which you were contracted. To date, 6 months later, you have not finished the work and you've never made good on your personal promise to return and 'make it all right.'

WE ARE NOW FORCED TO TAKE ADDITIONAL ACTIONS TO RESTORE OUR RIVERFRONT HOME TO THE ORIGINAL PRISTINE CONDITION IT WAS PRIOR TO JT ROOFING SETTING FOOT ON OUR PROPERTY AND SPEWING EMPTY, WORTHLESS PROMISES. THIS IS NO WAY TO BUILD A BRAND AND OTHER CONSUMERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY CAN EXPECT.

NOTE: I've got countless photos, videos, statements and written documentation of home inspectors to validate each and every assertion.

You should be ashamed of yourself, Paul, not just as a business, but as a man, for your failures to do what you promised.
