Before hiring JSB to pressure wash my roof, house, driveway, and our large patio/pool pavers, I expressed to them I did not want any damage to our landscaping. Adam reassured me they would cover the shrubs and plants against the house and told me they use a very mild chemical on the vertical areas. They did bring a covering but left them all behind for us to discard. We have major damage to our fifteen-year-old bougainvillea, shrubs, and grass which will cost $$$ to replace.

Adam agreed in writing to clean our roof, our gutters (interior and exterior) and take down our hurricane shutters.
They arrived on time, and proceeded to take down the shutters.
They did a nice job of cleaning the roof, from what we can see from down below. There was a significant smell of bleach after completion. By the second day, no detectable smell. Hopefully we do not experience any problems with our plants or landscaping as noted in previous reviews.
Although they promised in a text that they would clean the interior and exterior of the gutters, they did not. After they left, we noticed that they never touched the exterior of the gutters. I contacted them and they claimed ""we can't clean your gutters because it will bleach your house the paint will turn a different color"". Why agree to do a job if you can't actually complete it?
They could have easily fulfilled their commitment by pressure washing them with just water.
Follow up text has gone unanswered.
Their 2 year guarantee is probably as useless as their customer service.

Very fast, very professional. My roof was cleaner than I've seen it in years. The owner always answers his phone when you call, and that makes everything go much faster. He gives great estimates and makes the whole deal go quick and fast and simple.

This company killed my beautiful flower trees. I'm so mad and wished I would had read the reviews here. I don't understand how this company is still in business. Look at the pictures of how my tree is supposed to look and how it looks now after he came to do the roof. DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT DEAD TREES...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Adam assured me his cleaning products were safe for plants and flowers. Shortly after he was done I have a dead hibiscus tree. Two dead palm trees, and dead flowers as well as a ruined big screen TV. Adam came to

The damage and once again assured me he would make it right. He said he would have a landscaper come and replace what needed to be replaced. And he said he would get me a new TV. The landscaper never showed up and Adam is not answering nor returning my calls.
