Recommended Customer Reviews

This is by far the most aggressive and unprofessional team I have ever encountered. We live in a private no solicitation community and the same sales person has aggressively harassed us twice. This last time, we very much have a visible doorbell which he completely ignored and knocked on our door very aggressively and persistently to the point where our dogs started barking and woke up our infant son. Rather than taking accountability, he was not only non-apologetic, he was still trying to sell their services and insinuating I was the issue. We will be actively partnering with our HOA so this company is no longer able to work in our community for their lack of integrity and work ethic and pursue legal action for them to stay off our property once and for all.

Although getting our roof took forever, that was all the insurance company.
JRC got the job done in two days and on day 3 did the must thorough cleanup I have ever witnessed!
They were able to help us with the insurance company by eventually getting us a brand new roof without having to take it to court.
No, this was not hail damage, our shingles could not be matched. It needed repair, but because of the Florida law about matching shingles and JRC working hard, we got the whole roof instead!
The roof coordinates with the tan brick so much better than the previous red one.
A special shout out to Josias for keeping us updated throughout.

JRC Services of Central FL, began a re-roof of my home on 9/3/2021, without having the required permit displayed. I, on several occasions, asked about the permit being posted and was told it would be posted when the inspector came out to do the final inspection. To my knowledge, the required inspection for each step of the completed roofing project was not done.
On 9/4/2021, I texted my project contractor advising him of damages that had been caused to my skylight areas, providing pictures of the damage. I attempted to contact JRC representatives on different dates via text and phone in reference to the damages with no response. I received an invoice from JRC for the balance of payment. I asked why payment was being requested before inspections had been done and I also advised that I had paid for a permit and it was not posted. I spoke about the damages that I had notified them of and was told that my contract stated are not responsible for interior damage associated with the skylight installation.
JRC's scope of work on their contract (#4) advises they will find skylights of the similar size for the current openings. Any interior work associated with the skylight installation will be the clients responsibility. The roofers caused undue damage to the interior skylight area by performing substandard work and cutting into the wood under the skylight area leaving big gaps and jagged cuts. When I notified JRC of the damage, I was not provided appropriate customer service remedies, I was only ignored or advised that the contact says the company is not responsible for interior damage. The damage that was caused by this company was beyond what could be considered reasonable, it was clear that the appropriate measures and due care in replacing the skylights were not taken. This company was only concerned about their payment and not about taking responsibility for not providing me, the customer, the professional service that I deserved. Furthermore, the roofers vehicles leaked transmission fluid on my driveway which I had just had pressure washed.
On 11/17/2021, I emailed JRC advising that I had a dispute about damages with their company and payment would be rendered when the dispute was rectified. In response, on 11/22/2021, JRC served me with a 10-day Notice Before Putting A Lien on Your House. On 12/3/2021, I was served with a copy of Claim of Lien dated 11/29/2021. As of the date of this writing JRC has not made any attempt to resolve the dispute.

I don't normally write reviews (good or bad) but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I didn't have a good experience with this roofing company. First issue was the sales person person who initially stopped by my home in late March informed me ""NO MONEY"" out of your pocket if they did the work, and they'd work directly with my insurance company, etc. I was also told they'd have my roof done within 6-8 weeks from the time I signed the paperwork....well needless to say it took almost 4 months! They didn't start the job until the end of July! which was 3 months AFTER they received the 1st $9,000 check draw in late April from my insurance company. Also had to keep contacting them to get an update on when my roof was going to get done. Once my roof was completed it took another 2 months to complete the roof inspection, had to be reinspected more than once then finally passed inspection in early October. Of course they already received their 2nd & final check withdraw in September from my insurance company. Here is where the fun begins, they started coming after me for my deductible even though the initial sales person told me ""No Money Out of Your Pocket"". They claimed to have called me numerous times, then eventually I received a FedEx letter to inform me they're putting a lien on my house unless I pay my deductible within 10 days. I called them the day I received the letter (Oct 15th) to speak with the owner Mr. Ricci (as it states to do so in the lien letter I received), but of course he wasn't available, so left a verbal message with a young lady to have Mr. Ricci call me back to discuss my concerns/complaints and to also setup a payment schedule after I speak with him, but never head back from anyone! So I called back on Monday, Oct 25th and was told Mr. Ricci doesn't reside in this office, and that he doesn't usually return calls. Really??? No one mentioned this to me when I called in on the 15th?!? I was then transferred over to a ""supervisor"" who told me he's the one who usually does callbacks on behalf of Mr. Ricci. He even told me even though he saw I called in on the 15th for a callback, he never called me back, and they went ahead and put a lien on my house anyways!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Rude and pushy door to door reps ruin me even considering this business. Wouldn't even listen to me pointing out the no soliciting signs but just wanted to keep up his spiel.

A representative from JRC Services (Daniel Mickelsen) was out doing door to door cold call roof inspections. I usually don't entertain door to door sales people, but Daniel was very professional & I knew my roof was on borrowed time & appeared to have some damage from recent wind/storm(few lifted shingles, corners broken off, etc. Daniel asked if it was ok to go on my roof for inspection. Left me their sales book w/ copies of insurance & BBB certificate. A little while later Daniel knocked on door w/ I think his supervisor(Sean). They presented their findings and we called my insurance company to set up their inspection. Long story short they got my roof approved for complete replacement along w/ updated gutters all for just the cost of my deductible. A new roof and gutters would have been over 18K. Daniel was very professional, the installers were very nice, informative and cleaned up the mess. Sean(since has been let go) was horrible at follow thru@ answering phone calls, text, etc. All in all I would highly recommend JRC Services for any roof/gutter needs

I had the unfortunate experience of having JRC Service do my roof in November. In the beginning everything sounded so good and communication was great. However when problems arise no one wanted to return calls or take responsibility. The guys working on the roof were pissing on the side of my house next to my disabled son's bedroom window extremely disgusting and very hard to get rid of human pee smell. One of the workers trucks leaked oil or something on my brick pavers and Thomas the site manager agreed that he did see the truck leaking. He promised compensation or to fix the driveway but that never happened. According to Jared, Thomas's boss his trucks do not leak therefore they were not going to fix the problem. DO NOT PAY IN FULL UP FRONT! Give them 1/2 then when the job is complete give them the balance, if not find someone else. We paid in full so we had no leverage to get our driveway fixed. In the beginning we were to get $2,300 for work on the interior of our home and at the end got $1,000. They requested a supplement check from the insurance company fo extra materials and supplies that were never need or used because we were told my Thomas while they were working that everything was in good shape and no need for extra materials or supplies as well as my husband out there everyday while they were working. When it was time for them to cut us a check we waited nearly a month which is absolutely insane. They are a bunch of unstrung crooks, everything they say is a lie! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!
