Overall we are pleased with the service we received from Jr Roofing & Gutter service. Specifically, David's team tore off our roof on 11/22/2019. After a required inspection from the city, David's team began repairing many rotten or broken decking with new redwood and applying a new layer of plywood on the next day. The team continued to install a synthetic felt roof underlayment over solid wood decking and install new shingles around half of our roof on 11/24/2019. On 11/25/2019, another inspection of the roof plywood was approved and David's crew continued to finish up all shingles and skylight work. On 11/26/2019 morning, David and his gutter experts began to install new gutters and did some final touches of the roof and painted some woods and parts of the chimney walls. By 2 pm on 11/26/2019, the entire job was completed with remarkably high quality just a few hours before a rainstorm arrived. This was not a coincidence but it was a ""commitment"" that David made to get the entire reroofing done before the arrival of a rainstorm, which was forecast to come on 11/26/2019 evening. Importantly, David often worked with his crew and had been around to provide necessary supervision. David's team removed most roofing debris from the Jobsite and kept the Jobsite clean daily unless he got your permission to postpone his cleaning day. We thought that the cost of this project was reasonable (but the cost depends on the needs and materials of the individual projects). By today (12/3/2019), it has been raining almost every day for 7 days and the new roof has not had any leaks thus far. Wow, what an excellent job that David and his crew had done in four days. With all the facts, we thank David for his honesty, his commitment, his willingness to help, and his high-quality work. Thus, we positively recommend Jr Roofing & Gutter service.

I worked with David M. On a project. He was very personable, professional, and understanding of the fact i didnt know much about roofing. During our first meeting, he took the time to show me and explain what my issues where and worked with me i. Finding a solution that dit my budget. The faxt that he was directly involved in the project helped. As apposed to the other company who sent out ppl who where not gonna do the work.
