JR Roofing saved our 2 story house in Encino from major flooding, fixed multiple areas of our roof that were leaking this year . We later hired them back again to fix our deck as well.
The boss, Simon, is an extremely kind and honest man and I am grateful for the company. Our home has been leak-proof for over 6 months now. Price was much better than comparable companies, they delivered on time. Most importantly they are honest and do not try to rip you off.

My multi-family building hired JR Roofing to do routine maintenance on our flat, tar and gravel roof. We had no issues with our roof, but it was due for regularly scheduled maintenance. After Simon and team did the maintenance work, they introduced a leak which wasn't there before. After much back and forth on the phone, I got them to return to inspect the roof and do some further touch ups. This temporarily fixed the problem but it quickly returned within a month.

As part of their maintenance work, they re-sealed the scupper which connects the flat roof to the downspout. They did this with poor workmanship introducing a leak. They were unable to identify this was the root cause of the problem and were asking us to do other repairs to attempt to fix the problem. We hired a new roofer which repaired this part of the roof and fixed the problem for good.

I'm still dealing with insurance to cover the thousands of dollars of damages months later. I would strongly recommend against JR Roofing.

We had 3 broken tiles on our roof and had been looking for people to replace them. Since it was a small job we were getting quotes that were way too high. I saw JR roofing's truck down the street on my way home and gave them a call. The owner answered right away and had one of his workers come give us a quote. Since we already had the tiles they told us they would be able to do it within an hour and gave us a very reasonable price. They came an hour later and replaced the three tiles within 20 min. they left the place very clean and were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a roofing job done. I will be saving their number in a safe place for the future.
