Jones Construction, Inc. began as a residential builder in Henry County, offering custom options instead of the standard ""box"" homes that dominated the market. As we expanded, we received increasing requests for additions and modifications to existing homes and businesses for upgrades, expansions, or accessibility solutions. Currently, we are an approved contractor for Veteran Affairs Special Adaptive Housing, a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and affiliated with the Greater Atlanta Home Builder Association.
I am a family man, married with two beautiful daughters.
I grew up in Charlotte, NC, and pursued a Business degree at UNC-Charlotte after my enlistment in the USAF. I made my way to the Atlanta area in 1990, accepting a role as an aircraft mechanic with Delta Air Lines, Inc. I moved up to the quality control department at Delta, and after investing in rental properties in Georgia, I started constructing homes in 1996. After ten years of building on the side, my family supported my decision to leave Delta's security to focus on improving construction quality in Georgia. Now, following the economic changes we've all faced, J. R. Jones Construction, Inc. continues to grow and thrive.
