Jones Construction, Inc. launched in Henry County as a residential builder, delivering custom solutions rather than the typical ""box"" homes found everywhere. As we developed, more clients sought our help for home and business enhancements, additions, and accessibility modifications. Currently, we are an approved contractor for Veteran Affairs Special Adaptive Housing, a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and affiliated with the Greater Atlanta Home Builder Association.
I am married and have two wonderful daughters.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, I attended UNC-Charlotte, majoring in Business after completing my service in the USAF. In 1990, I moved to the Atlanta area and began working as an aircraft mechanic for Delta Air Lines, Inc. I moved up to the quality control department at Delta, and after investing in rental properties in Georgia, I started constructing homes in 1996. After ten years of building on the side, my family supported my decision to leave Delta's security to focus on improving construction quality in Georgia. Now, following the economic changes we've all faced, J. R. Jones Construction, Inc. continues to grow and thrive.
