Hello, I’m Joe Perez, the owner of JP Roof Services. I operate this company with my wife, Virginia. We’ve been in operation since 2004, but I’ve been in the roofing industry for about 28 years. I started my career in a golf club factory right after high school, but I quickly transitioned into roofing.
I strive to maintain honesty and reliability with my clients. Our team has the expertise to get the job done right from the start. What distinguishes us from our competitors is my personal involvement in every project. This allows me to ensure top-notch waterproofing and roof repairs that are hard to rival. Joe went up on the roof and took pictures so that we could actually see what the problems were instead of just taking his word for it. He gave us an estimate that was prioritized with the worst areas first so we could decide how we wanted to proceed.
