I waited a few months to write this review so we could test out our new master suite windows in the tail-end of winter and beginning of summer. The windows are just as great now as they were when they were freshly installed and it's such a huge difference from our old windows: no more drafts, no more condensation, no more mold, and the room actually maintains a constant temperature.

We are very pleased with our experience with JP Construction. We specifically sought a company that did window replacement and siding because we knew we'd need to do both projects soon. We figured the window replacement project would be a good opportunity to find the right company before we tackled the much bigger and more expensive siding project, and in fact, we'll be contacting them soon for an estimate for that.

JP was the only company with a usable website on which I could book appointments rather than having to find the time to play phone tag during business hours. JP himself came out to give the estimate, and he was punctual, direct, and professional yet friendly. I had quotes from three companies and all were within $100 of each other (which tells me that they all provided fair estimates), so I went with JP because I had the best feeling about their work, I felt confident that JP would right any wrongs that might happen, and this was the only company that didn't send a salesperson.

Fortunately, nothing went wrong! I was contacted by Matt and Mike to schedule appointments for the measuring and the project. Each email to schedule was promptly answered and we quickly pinned down dates and times that worked for all of us. Each employee who came to measure and install the windows was on time, polite, and professional; plus, each of them were friendly to my foster cats! They replaced four windows in about two hours and made sure to clean up the area after they were done.

I highly recommend JP Construction and will be using them again myself.

It's like we have a brand new home!

TL; DR- JP Construction was reasonably priced, did an outstanding job, we are beyond impressed and highly recommend!

We recently hired JP Construction to replace the 40 year old original siding on our house with James Hardie Siding, a new roof and re-screen/spruce up our back yard covered patio. The whole team at JP Construction deserve kudos for the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the entire process. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the final product! We highly recommend JP Construction if you're needing new siding, roofing or windows! We are so very happy!

When getting bids at the outset, we never once felt as though we were being upsold or pressured in any way -The owner, Jon was very matter of fact in assessing the job and laying out our different options for siding and roofing. The siding, roofing, and painting crews were conscientious in their work and gathered all construction debris at the end of each day, and the crew leaders Manuel (siding), and Lee (painting) were kind, patient, and gracious with us as we nitpicked small details and peppered them with the many questions that sprung into our minds throughout the process.

Also, when it turned out that the shape of our particular roof made it impossible to install gutters along the full length we had originally planned for, Brandon kindly offered to return and install a rain chain for us at no additional charge. When performing our final walkthrough, the operations manager Mike even noticed details so small that they had entirely escaped our notice, and promised to have someone swing by and touch them up. It is in no way overstating things to say that their customer service was truly outstanding. As a young couple for whom this was our first major home renovation project, this was a huge relief.

We are absolutely confident that JP Construction offered us the best value for our money. We got an extremely fair price for covering the exterior of our home in long-lasting Hardie Plank, redoing our entire roof in Owens-Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, adding a small section of gutters along part of our roof, re-screening and replacing rotten boards on our back porch, and repainting our entire home in fun and funky Sherwin-Williams colors. Even our next-door neighbors, who had also just had a new roof installed, conceded that there was simply no comparing the workmanship and attention to detail.

We recommend JP Construction to all our friends and family without reservation - after all was said and done our only regret is that we did not spring for new windows as well! Overall great experience!

Hired them to replace the wood around all our windows and then paint them as well as the existing siding.

They did an excellent job all round. Good pricing, great project planning, and great execution.

The only negative was that I found a bunch of nails on our back patio, and 5 that had gone into to pool. They still deserve 5 stars!

Our experience with JP Construction from initial estimate to job completion was great! Matt showed up on time for our estimate (some others didn't even bother to show, so that was an instant point), and was able to provide an estimate within a few hours. The estimate was thorough and competitively priced. Through them, we were able to work with a color consultant to select our house colors and order paint samples to test things out before we committed. The crew showed up on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had our old siding down and new siding installed by that Wednesday. Our neighbors down the street were also having siding replaced, and our job was started after and completed before theirs! The team was awesome, and I really appreciate how well they cleaned up each time they left the job. They returned to paint after the holidays, and had the whole project wrapped up by the end of the following week. It was like having a brand new house in just two weeks.

Getting an estimate was easy and quick, we only had to schedule a month out, and the job itself was done inside three days. Their paint job was also great and they even dealt with the ugly paint the previous owners had applied to the foundation. Highly recommended!

A couple years ago, JP Construction replaced the half-rotted siding on the back of my house with nice new stuff. They did an incredibly fast, neat job; the install and paint were clean, zero debris was left in the yard, and the whole process was pretty smooth. When something went wrong and a water pipe was punctured, they got it repaired properly with no fuss or drama. Added bonus: the workers were patient with my pet!

Our house was built in '68 and had 30-yr-old wood siding that was rotting along the bottom and way, way overdue for a facelift. We met with Matt, and he was very thorough in his presentation, specifying a lot of things in their bid like power-washing the rock work and driveway and giving the house two coats of paint. They even ended up patching some masonry in need of repair. The end result looks like the photos you see on their website. I thought their contract price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with their workmanship. They have four crews. Ours was run by a foreman named Santiago. He and his workers are very polite and unobtrusive. They worked from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and got the work done in a week and a day, only taking off Saturday. They have a relationship with Sherman Williams Paint, and SWP hooked us up with a color consultant who helped us pick colors for a very modest fee. We are delighted with the final product, and have been getting rave reviews from the neighbors. Great job!!!

I recently had JP construction do my siding, roof and gutters on my fairly large two story house. We had several bids, and JP was competitive. Matt the salesman was very patient, worked through all our questions and requests, and came up with a good bid we were comfortable with. Mike Long was the project manager and did a great job ensuring everything moved along as fast as it could. We had lots of rain issues, and Santiago and the rest of the siding/painting crew were willing to work weekends when sunny to get it done. They responded to all my questions and requests with smiles and completed everything top notch. really looks fantastic, and Santiago I think cared as much as I did to make it look perfect. Roofing crew was efficient and dealt with some rotten plywood issues without batting an eye. After talking to insurance, we upgraded to a Class 4 impact resistant roof, has only a three year payback with insurance savings so I recommend it. Finally the gutter crew came out, matched our trim color perfectly, and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JP, and have already to my friend that needs some work. Would have done windows with them as well if we hadn't done them a year ago. A very positive experience for a major project and me and my wife couldn't be happier. Our house is cooler, quieter and looks like a new house, which it is!

JP Construction did an amazing job on my home. They replaced all of my old and rotten wooden siding with Hardie Board. And painted the whole house, even the garage door. The entire process was made easy by JP and his crews. The estimate is done by the owner (JP). He was extremely thorough and and explained the entire process down to the smallest detail. His cost estimate was very reasonable and he offered many cost saving tips. One thing that JP provides is a color consultation from Sherwin Williams. I highly recommend this free service. Our coordinator was great! The crews were professional and courteous. They always left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived. No complaints at all from the entire process.
