Journey Builders came to our rescue after two con-artists tore out our roof.  Project Manager - Alex P. came and gave us an assessment and estimate of what needed to be done.  Alex immediately provided us with the addresses of completed projects of four clients and one still in the works.  This was extremely helpful since we could see the quality of work.  Once an initial deposit was made and contract signed, permits obtained, work began immediately. We had a leak in the dining room ceiling which amounted to several drops by the ceiling had been stained.  We also had stained in the living room ceiling since both these rooms have cathedral ceilings (no attic).  It turned out that the leaks came from the water running down from the dome over the entry (we have a Spanish stucco style houses).  Over the years, there were bandaid patch up jobs and water did not drain property so settled into puddles on the roof area above the living and dining rooms.  Roofers always arrived on time and worked six to eight hours depending on whatever needed to be completed.  Equipment was always safely maintained in the work areas.  Roofers always cleaned up before leaving. I had water damage to the window trim in the master bath when it rained overnight (a tarp had been put over the entire roof since we were still waiting for an inspection before tiles and gutters could be installed)....water came from the roof and caused the composite faux wood to buckle and split.  Journey Builders took care of removing the damaged material, replaced it with wood, and painted the trim.  
It turned out that our garage roof needed repair.  Given that we had extra tiles and materials left from the job on the house...this was done very efficiently too.
I highly recommend Journey Builders.  Alex P gave us a step by step timeline on what needed to be completed.  We chose Journey Builders since two other roofing companies had been hesitant to provide us with addresses of clients.  Also thanks to Brad S.

Looking at repairing our roof as we were seeing rain damage inside the house after two years of rain in So. Cal.
Put the request out and received a number of inquiries. Mikey was the first to arrive and assess the roof. I was wanting multiple bids, but felt confident in Mikey's assessment of the work to be done and the price was within our range. This was at 8 pm and by 7 the following morning his crew was ready for the demolition. Entire job was done in a day after the inspector came out. Amazing job. Highly recommend Journey Builders.

I had a terrible leak and found out it was more than that. Vee came out right away and walked me through all the issues and possible issues unlike the other companies that had come out before.
Once the work got started I was very pleased with professionalism Brad did all the paper works and was clear with everything I needed to sign including warranties.
Unfortunately we had more rain than expected and push the project back but soon as it stopped they were here working. While we had a break my roof was tarped so I wouldn't get any further damage. So I was comfortable during the entire project.
I would recommend Vee and Brad both.
I'm happy with house my roof turned out.

Ceiling started leaking during crazy LA weather. We found Journey through Facebook and they were able to squeeze us in. Mason and Brad were personable and patient working with my parents.
