Josh was referred to us by the company who fumigated our house. During fumigation they broke 20+ roof tiles. Called Josh to put us on his schedule-he came out and did a great job replacing them. Josh is an amazing person! He is super friendly and has a smile that lights up like the sun, and he shows up on time and goes the extra mile. He replaced and repaired my gutters today on the upper level of my house, quite a chore. He has very reasonable pricing and when he pulls up with his beautiful Van and equipment it will WOW you, trust me. He also does roofing and carpentry. Give him a call first if you ever need his services, if you don't you will regret it, honestly!

Josh King replaced our roof for a reasonable price. Considering Josh had to remove two old layers and install plywood, the process was smooth. The roof looks great and its ready for solar installation. I gained a new roof and a friend and a great resource.

Josh and his crew are awesome! Josh replaced our roof in Mission Viejo in April/May 2019 and did a great job. All we had to do was pick out the roof, and Josh took care of the rest. Totally quality work. Our neighbor across the street (who looks directly at our roof) was even impressed. Josh has also done random eave work on our aging home, and as always, Josh did a great job. Not only is Josh's work high quality, he is a high-quality person, soft-spoken and lovely. He communicates well and gets the job done. Now it's time to fix the water damage on our balcony, so I'm calling Josh!

If you want quality work, I highly recommend Joshua King Independent. We pushed it to the very last minute as far as having wood replaced on our Condo, he 1st came out 1-1/2 years ago leaving flyers on our communities doors, I called him shortly after he came out quoted us for the entire work that needed to be done, after several other quotes from various contractors he won the bid. We had quite a bit of termite damage around our condo my wife & I also wanted a new back gate to make our property more secure. We set up a time for Joshua to come out to start the work, he arrived on time, with all materials that was needed for the job, 3/4 of the work was done on the 1st day which I believe was a Sat. There were a couple issues that arose he was quick to let me know what happened, informed me that it would be fixed, Sunday he came back 1st things 1st he fixed the issues that came up then painted and finished the job.

The following weekend he came back (which we both agreed that it would be a week or two after the main job) to complete a new gate which is so much better now as it's sturdier, & even more secure than the original. When he came back with a gate that was exactly what I told him I wanted, couple hours later he was finished. The work is high quality, Joshua is very kind, professional and knows what he's doing, he takes pride & ownership of his work be it by himself or with a couple employee's. We will have him back to build our deck which is falling apart due to age & weather.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSHUA KING INDEPENDENT!

His pricing is awesome, he is quick & again takes pride in his work. We'll start work in the spring for our deck in the backyard.

Josh and his team did an outstanding job repairing our fascia and roofing on both our patio and our garage. My wife and I were replacing our old wooden patio cover and when the old patio was taken down, there were several large ugly cuts visible in the old fascia and roof line that was connected to the house. With the investment we were making in the new patio cover, it only made sense to replace all of the old rotted fascia that could be seen from the patio including the old fascia around the garage.

When Josh was done, we were amazed at how better our patio and garage looked. His team took the time to detail everything so things were perfect. Since my wife and I both work, Josh's team accommodated our schedule working on the weekend and in the evenings. The team never left a mess at the end of the day, was courteous and professional. Even our dog didn't mind Josh and his crew intruding in his territory!

I can't say enough about how Josh's work contributed to the overall appearance after our new patio cover was installed. We've had several neighbors in our condo complex comment on how impressive the wood around our patio looks. We'll definitely hire Josh for future wood work that needs to be done.
