I have a healthy bias against contractors from all walks of life . Many have developed an elegant list of excuses as to why whatever was agreed , contracted or promised wasn't delivered . Notwithstanding my general disposition in these matters I found an excellent roofing company to reroof my large roof at a very competitive price . More importantly I was battling several roof leaks and mold simultaneously. Urgency and fast performance was essential. Our agreement was clearly outlined and payment schedule confirmed . They confirmed availability of all materials to do the job . The start date brought 15 workers that tore off concrete tiles etc in two days . 5 days later roof was watertight and metal roof completed in 5 more days . A $160,000 job done in record time . Workers never stopped . Each evening site was cleaned and rubbish hauled away . Questions answered on going . Dan Wilson / sales was at job site almost everyday . Super follow up . Roof is awesome and perfect . Highly recommend these guys .price fair not lowest nor highest . Great work

This company was hired to perform a roof inspection prior to our purchase of the home in Jupiter. We specifically asked that one area be evaluated. Joe Ward gave us the OK.
We have a major problem in that one area with flashing leaking causing window frame rotting and then dripping down into the horizontal support structure. Joe Ward does not return calls nor do they stand behind their product.

Got a quote, signed a contract and was told roof would be done by June 30. When they hadn't even started on it by June 16, I called Brett to check on things. He told me with all the rain things were behind. Then I called the next Friday, the 23rd and I was told the boss was on vacation and only he does the scheduling. Then the next Friday another excuse. Called today (July 6) and the boss was in the hospital. At most jobs, when the boss is unavailable for whatever reason, someone else is assigned to take over while they are out so business can continue. Not the way with this business. Paid 2,000 in middle of May and still no work has started.
Would highly encourage you to find some other roofer. Even if it means paying a little more. The cheap always comes out expensive.

I received a proposal from ""Brett"". Before I initialed, I clearly stated to them I wanted to be home for the repairs. I called twice to schedule an appointment and they gave me the runaround. So I didn't sign their contract, sent it back to them and decided to go with another company.

11 days later Joe Ward Enterprises calls me and says that I owe them $1100 for the roof. I never saw, spoke, scheduled or insinuated I wanted their business in any way. I only initialed a proposal and not the final contract.

They randomly came out while I wasn't home, disregarding my request, saw the roof was fixed by someone else and they still want their money.

I'm a grandmother with three sons and two daughters (this is my sons account). This man ""Brett"" verbally assaulted me on the phone, called me a ""liar"" and assumed that I didn't have the money to pay.

What a horrible experience, JUST GETTING AN ESTIMATE.
