Would not recommend at all. They repaired the roof of our complex and they left trash everywhere!! The workers would throw the trash from their lunches off the roof and onto the tenant's balconies. Everyday after they left there were it's orange peels, plastic wrap, and cigarette butts on the sidewalk outside the building they were working on. Not to mention they refused to engage with the tenants so it was always a surprise when they would start and stop working. During a time when most people are working from home, it is helpful to at least engage with the people whose roofs you are working on

Things got off to a slow start because of COVID delays but when the job finally got started they did fast work. I had a rock roof removed along with a large shingled patio cover. They replaced shiplap, a couple rafters and facia that had water rot and then put a new rock roof on the house and a torch down roof on the patio covering. The workmen were friendly and good workers. A few days after it was completed I went up on the roof to measure for a chimney cap and noticed an area over the garage that I thought was inadequately covered with rock. I called the supervisor and they were out within two days to torch and apply some additional rock. I learned that the team knew it needed a bit more rock when they left the first time but somehow that knowledge slipped through the cracks. But they were right on it when I told them about it. The inspector said it was merely cosmetic but it mattered to me. I got compliments from neighbors on the roof and a couple of them even sent me pictures from their elevation point. Nice. I went with Jordan Roof Company because they did the last roof in 1994 and I would use them again and recommend them.

We love our new roof! Jordan Roof came out and handled removal of 5 layers of existing shingles. They then installed new OSB sheathing, shiplap board at the eaves of our historic home, and (of course) new shingles. They even went the extra mile and repaired/repainted damaged shingles on the exterior wall of our dormer. Thank you Jordan Roof!

The team they sent out was efficient, thoughtful, and respectful. Jordan Roofing's pricing was competitive. I have family who have also had Jordan help them with their roofing needs, and in their words: ""their roofs do not leak""!

Jordan Roofing installed my roof ten years ago. The recent heavy rains revealed that I had a leak near the rear of the house. I called Jordan Roofing and ""boom"", there they were. I suspected it was by the power connected that SCE replaced a few years ago. Yup! Angel got up on the roof and took a picture. SCE did a horrible job. Jordan Roofing had it fixed within 30 minutes. One thing I don't mess with is the roof. I want done right and Jordan Roofing are the ""go to"" people.

The apparent owners response to my complaint shows two things. Once he will lie or use a mistruth to mislead others. ( If he can lie about something simple what else will he lie to you about.) Yes the parking is bad but you don't need 50 people to do a little job. It's a 10 man job at the most. From a job that should have lasted 1 week it's been going on for 3 weeks already
Am I disgruntled roofer or contractor that didn't get the job? No I have worked roofing for a year helping out a friend's company who then went out to do commercial electrical work. Did I see how it should go yes I did. Does my friend do roofing in the area? No it wouldn't bother me who got the job if the worked in a professional manner and did good quality work. If I close my doors on the garage I shouldn't see sunlight pouring through where they supposedly finished their work. When he's so quick to make accusations with out basis it's unnerving. All you have to do is look at their workers to see people loafing about instead of working. It's sad to see nails all over the alley when they supposedly clean up after their jobs and have to pick up after the mess they leave in the garages. If you want to throw your money away and have to have multiple visits to fix shoddy work the Jordan roofing is the company for you.
