My roof does not leak but the color is no where near the colors I advised the sales man I wanted. I also called the office to let them know my color selections and still was ignored. I wanted black or dark brown w red flakes, similar to what I had. I have now very light brown. Called after to have addressed and never received a call back, email, nothing. I hate the color but I guess I will continue to just deal, right!?

Jimmy Jones put a new roof two weeks before we purchased our home in 2017. We recently discovered some leaks. Even though our labor warranty expired, he stood by his work and repaired our roof. He also had someone repair the damage inside from the leaks at no cost to us. We are grateful for him standing behind his work and taking care of our home.

I had them come out to repair my soffit that was damaged. They were nice and gave me an estimate that I was happy with, so I told them to go ahead with the repairs. They told me the work was gonna be done on friday or monday. I said that was fine. Come friday I get a phone telling that he has the part but it will be monday because he just doesn't feel like doing anything and is ready for the weekend. I let that slide and say ok. monday came (I am not at home) they show up for the repair. they tell my wife they got the wrong part they will be back. Instead of coming back they leave a message on my phone, that he doesn't have time to find the right part. That he can't stop what he is doing to repair my house. Never met someone so unprofessional. Do not use!!!!!!!!!

Treat these bandits like a RATTLESNAKE!!! I had these shysters put a new roof on my house over three months ago and it has all kinds of problems. I have been trying to get them to close the open permit for over two months and when the code inspector came by a few days ago he informed me that it FAILED the inspection! Not up to par by anyone's standards and they must come back out to fix the issues. Not sure that they will. In addition, I have been trying to get them to come back out to fix the sprinkler heads that they ran over, the rain gauge that the broke, and the huge dent in one of the top rails. I have been told by them at LEAST twenty times that they would be out to fix these problems and always a no show. In my opinion we don't need companies like Jones Roofing doing business in our community.

They did a good job on the roof. Paid a bit more because of their reputation. When they delivered their supplies they broke pieces of our driveway. They promised to fix immediately. Now one month later. No response to calls. Spoke with the office today. No resolution.

Jones showed up on time and finished the job on time. Only small problem is they ""forgot"" to clean up some of the roofing debris on the site.

Mr. Jones came out when no other roofing companies could get to me for weeks. The problem was a quick fix in which Mr. Jones didn't even charge! I'm concerned that I may need a new roof in the very near future, and if so, I will be giving that job to Jones Roofing!!

I paid half up front after signing a contract for a new roof in March of 2017. He told me they would start in two weeks. I called and texted him to confirm dates, no answer, no call backs. Over the next FOUR MONTHS- rarely responded to texts, didn't answer calls, never returned them, any excuse he could think of, with a bad attitude. After my husband came home from Korea and called, they started on the roof. They left shingles, nails, and trash EVERYWHERE. We paid for water damage on the interior walls and ceilings that the never FIXED!
