Shady business practices. Jones had an incompetent sub-contractor roof our house. The foreman was not on the job to supervise. At least keep the sidewalk to our front door free of debris. Getting in and out of our house was a hassle. I ended up stepping on a nail. Then I noticed the sheathing on the corners of the house were rotted. I had to tell them to repair it otherwise they would've shingled right over it. I asked if the rest of the sheathing looked good and of course they said yes. I shouldn't have taken their word. I inspected the final product and there are now several soft spots on the roof. You can see the warped wavy patterns on the roof. Jones also failed to repair our chimney even though our insurance covered and paid for it. I had to have a meeting with the owner, Jeff. We talked about it and he said it wasn't in their paperwork. I showed him my copy. USAA covered 5 sq ft of siding, trim, the flu cap, and chase cover. So, they send another guy out to do the repair and he does everything except replace the chase cover. I had to call AGAIN, to have them come out and replace the chase cover. In the end, Jeff Jones said he did it as a freebie for my troubles. FREEBIE? USAA paid for it to be repaired! Had I not inspected the work myself, they would have gotten away with the money intended for my chimney. Such a horrible experience. We will never work with them again. I do not recommend their services.

My husband and I moved into a rent house with Jones & Associates siding and windows and have been so pleased. We will definitely use them when we buy a house. The windows are high quality and the tilt in feature makes them so easy to clean, which is important with all the West TX dust. I hear great things from their actual customers about their customer service.

I received an estimate from this company for new windows, storm doors and exterior door. I called them to ask why they were approximately 3 to 4 times higher then the two(2) other estimates I received, I was told that the Owner will give me a call about the estimate. This company sell and install Simonton Windows the other Company install Pella. When you do your research it will indicate that Simonton sell a lower end vinyl window and Pella sells a mid to upper end vinyl window. So my questions: why would this company sell me a lower end vinyl window for such and out ragous? How many more customers have you ripped off? Just because a company has a good rating for customer satification, means you have the right to charge more for a low end product. The company Simonton rated well, because they fixed a problem their customer had and that customer was happy enough to give them a good rating. The Jones Boys on the other hand my not get that good rating when the customers find out what your doing.
