Had a great experience with Jon Wright several years ago when they replaced some siding for me, so when hail damaged my roof the first of April, I called them again. David came out and confirmed that I did have hail damage. He met with the adjuster and they went over every thing that needed to be done and David handled it from there. All I had to do was choose the roofing material. David was with the roofing crew most of the day as the work progressed. Great work and a beautiful new roof!

I've been with Jon Wright Industries for over 2 years. One thing you can really appreciate is how long this company has been located in Irving. It's been 38 years, as a irving resident, I can tell you the Jon Wright name is well known. It has a great reputation for doing fantastic work and making sure the customer is satisfied from beginning to end. I might be a bit bias, but I've realized customers really appreciate being able to go to a physical office if they ever have any questions.

Ken Dunn is a Senior Project Manager for Jon Wright Industries and is our neighbor in Cielo Ranch. 
 
It is my pleasure to recommend Ken Dunn. 
Ken is a personable man that made it seem like we were working with a friend who cares about a job done well for us.
 
He worked on our behalf to coordinate the replacement of our roof, roof vents, gutters and broken window from Hail damage. 
 
All we had to pay was our deductible. 
 
Ken handled everything and worked with our insurance company to get them to pay for all the damage and to include items they left off their initial scope of work. He also got them to cover correcting the attic ventilation to meet building codes. 
 
Our new roof was installed properly. The old roof had metal drip edge that was going behind the gutters (it should drip INTO the gutters) and the attic was not ventilated correctly. Ken installed solar power vents with lifetime warranties for exhaust and 10 extra soffit vents to correct intake.
 
We appreciate Ken's excellent manner and pointing out improvements and placement of roof vents and proper installation of the materials (leak barrier, synthetic underlayment and drip edge) so that the roof functions at peak design. 
 
Ken also coordinated with the gutter crew to relocate and upsize a downspout that emptied on top of a first story roof. The downspout now empties at ground level and greatly reduces water on that section of roof.

there's no other company I would trust to work on my home from ventilation upgrade to a full roof replacement. Highly recommend if you need a roof and stand behind their work.

Ps: Their technician who has been with them for 25 year Jose Rodriguez is an amazing knowledgeable man.

I have posted many pictures of this companies poor workmanship so you can objectively see the quality of the work or lack thereof yourself. The caption of the pictures are not even from me but are comments of the expert I had to hire. In the pictures you can see poor workmanship, the resulted leaks, and the court document , as they to top it off sued me.
In fact they sued me a second time for posting reviews which was dismissed by the court and they are ordered by the court to pay almost $6000 in penalties to me.

Jon and his company installed a hail damaged roof for my mother in law in 2013-14 in Grand Prairie and did a fantastic job. No one has prompted me to write this review but I will claim 100% that in an industry pack full of exaggerated findings and outright hucksters, they don't come more honest and capable than Jon Wright. In early January,2017 my same 84 year old mother -in law called me after another hard hail storm and said that another roofing company asked permission to access her roof to evaluate hail damage. They took pictures indicated hail damage everywhere. I called Jon Wright and he and his inspectors promptly inspected to find little to no damage. Jon has ben in business forever and for good reason..they are impeccably honest to a fault and they do superior work. I'm sorry others don't write YELP reviews on Jon Wright because I guarantee that the vast majority are PLEASED and would refer Jon unquestionably!!

Excellent from the start all the way through the end. Jesse came out within a day or two and gave us an estimate explaining every charge and the benefits of each. He explained what is the best bang-for-the-buck for each item. The crew came out and was finished within a day and a half and the roof looks outstanding.

The owner of the company came out after the work to inspect the job. I'm always surprised when we pay a bunch of money for a job to be done and the owner is nowhere to be found. Not with these guys. Mr. Wright came out and inspected the work which gives me a boost of confidence on the final product.

If you need a new roof, there are a bunch of folks out there that can do it but I would highly suggest calling Jon Wright. They're straight-shooters and we never felt that there were padding the invoice unlike some of the other estimates we had. They worked with my insurance folks making the entire process one of the easiest projects I've had done on the house.

Our roof recieved damage during the last big hail storm. We were contacted by several different companies offering to do an estimate to replace our roof. We finally chose jon wright because of Jessie. Jessie came out and spent several hours with us getting an estimate and explaining exactly what would be done and when we could expect the work to be completed. He gave us very thorough information about colors and quality of products. The shingles and all the necessary replacement materials were delivered when they said they would be and the work commmenced on time. It did take a little longer to complete than originally estimated. Overall I was very pleased with the work. We had a few questions after the job, I called several times to speak with someone at the company and was never contacted back.. I finally was able to speak with jessie when he came back in town after spending 7 weeks in the north east with the Sandy mess. He came out and spend quite a bit of time checking out the questions we had. He agreed to get a replacement for a piece of equipment that needed to be replaced and will be getting back with us by next monday.

I had Jon Wright Industries come out and perform water mitigation for my home due to leak in my plumbing. They were very knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money by not going to some big name ""rip off"" water mitigation company. I am considering having them replace my windows and possibly my roof when the time comes. use these guys they are GREAT!
