I had a complete roof replacement back in 2016 and my experience with John's Roofing was excellent. I even referred a half dozen friends. James Denton managed the whole process with us and helped us get other property damage covered above the original estimate from the insurance.

Last week another roofing company offered a free inspection and claimed significant damage was present on our roof. I called John's Roofing for a second opinion and they did not find any major damage. James came himself to inspect the roof and left me with piece of mind and without a huge bill for replacing my whole roof.

Had a section of my roof that was damaged after 2 old Directv dishes were blown off their mounts and took the shingles and the wood with it. After all the snow we've had ,I was worried about it caving in. I called John at 9:30 AM, on a Saturday, explained to him the situation, he took all my information down and said they will come out to today and check out my roof. An hour later Joe Butler, the Field Supervisor, called me and said they will be at my house at 1:30. They arrived even earlier than promised, which was great. He and one of his guys,Tavo, got up on my roof, checked out the problem and gave me an estimate. They said we can have this fixed by today. Price was great and we moved forward. Just want to say they do not cut any corners at all. Joe said they will replace the section of rotting wood completely and replace the shingles. He even ran to Home Depot and purchased some new wood on the spot. Overall, I will definitely be a return customer. When it's time for my roof to be changed, I will give them a call. I will also be referring them to my family and friends.

Sold our home recently and the inspection showed several small items on the roof that needed repair. We called John's Roofing and Trent Griffin came out, showed him the inspectors report and he made the repairs and even found a spot on the roof the inspector missed. If your looking for friendly down to earth people I highly recommend John's roofing. This company truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Oscar has been very helpful from the start. If I had a concern he would address right away. He really takes pride in his work. I was even more impressed with John (owner) showing up NOT to overlook the project but to actually work. Rarely do you see an owner take pride in his company to the point that he would come down himself to get the job done. Oscar & John thank you for everything and keep up the good work!!

They were very responsive and able to start work immediately after looking at my leaky skylight. Probably a little expensive but they gave us a better option rather than having to replace the whole skylight. Overall pleased to have it fixed and a warranty if anything were to go wrong.

Thank you so much for your honest work and opinions! These guys were very honest with everything that needed to be done, didn't try to up sale me or over charge me. I needed my gutters cleaned before any more rain came and they were there day of! They also sent pictures of everything they did or needed work without pressuring me to do anything.
