I reached out to Johnny Walker Roofing & Construction for an estimate on storm damage to my property. I initially scheduled an appointment with Josh, the project manager, for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17th. However, he later contacted me to say that time wouldn't work, and we rescheduled for 10:00 a.m.
Then, on the morning of March 17th, I received a message from Josh at 8:30 a.m. saying he was already on his way. This was frustrating because not only did he change the original appointment, but he then disregarded the agreed-upon time and showed up even earlier without checking if it worked for me. I'm not a morning person, and I value my time--I expect the same level of respect in return.
To make matters worse, after I sent multiple texts asking about other available dates since that day no longer worked for me, I received no response. Roofing companies are everywhere, and thankfully, I found one that treats me with professionalism and respect.
If you're considering doing business with this company, think twice. Communication and reliability matter.
