John is not trustworthy. I called him to replace a new gate. The young worker did a vey bad job. first of all , he changed the location of the gate, used cheap wood, 2 months later the gate does not close, because of the hinge and the gap. I called him numerous times to fix it but he kept telling me next week , I am in Morgan hill today. he never came

My roof was found leaking this morning due to the heavy rain in the night. I wish to get inspected and fixed as soon as possible. I texted John for appointment, John replied immediately, his son and another worker(Juan and Nasario)arrived at my home in 10 mins(even faster than me).

They are experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem also found the gutter is clogged. They demonstrated how they will seal the cracks and suggest a reasonable price.

All the work is done within one hour, which is before the next rain comes in the afternoon. The leakage got fixed in 90mins after I first noticed the problem. Good experience and recommend!

WHAT A SCAMMER! BEWARE! John was selling his services around our neighborhood since he was working with one of the houses around. He offered to take pics of the roof and informed us that they will do cleaning, screen around the panel and spikes. Hubby and John agreed with a price. We just noticed that no spikes were placed. We contacted him and he said spikes are extra $300?! No mentioned from this scammer about this extra fees for spikes!

Last year, they washed my solar panels and gutters very thoroughly. I also agreed to have his team install some additional wire fencing to keep the pigeons from getting under the solar panels and prevent future disasters. I'm glad I did because now the pigeons have no longer been hanging out on my roof. I saw an immediate boost in my solar power generation after cleaning.

After the recent fires, I knew my panels were due for another cleaning to remove the ash. Scheduling was easy and they did a good job. Would recommend to all my neighbors.

Wow,, Where do I start. BEWARE of Juan Topete.
BEWARE,,, I got conned by Juan Topete into believing he could do a small gutter installation on the front of my home. He arrived with several workers, and they had no idea what they were doing and were unprepared.
They replaced my gutter using ""Mickey Mouse"" tactics and using screws to connect the gutters. There were actual holes in the gutter and connections were coming apart by the next day. After the work was complete, I refused to pay him until we put water in the gutters. He said we'll do that in two days, and he never returned. When I did put water in the gutter, it leaked from two places. Now I've made arrangements to replace his terrible work.
Do not use him, as he cons you into believing he knows what he is doing.

My experience with John's (Juan) team left a little bit to be desired at first. I had a window-washing and solar panel cleaning appointment to which his team first came. They did a decent job but I later realized they had not complete all the solar panels I needed them to work on. I tried in vain to contact Juan and his team to come back but they proved a bit elusive for two straight weeks.

A little miffed because of the lack of response where I had paid for services I did not receive. I looked up John on Yelp to leave a bad review only to discover he was not even there. However, my wife and I finally managed to catch hold of Juan one day. He personally came by that evening and made sure not only that all unfinished work was completed, he actually redid all the solar panels that were already done. He also ended up repairing some roof tiles and cleaned the neighbor's gutter and mine. It happened that Juan was away for a personal emergency the two weeks I was trying to reach him.

Juan is a gem of a guy, and very hardworking. I actually ended up creating this Yelp page for him so he gets the credit he deserves. Thank you, Juan!
