He worked within my timeline and was very communicative of the status of my roof (hidden damage that I knew was there) and worked with me to effectively and competently complete ALL the repairs to my roof and front deck covers.
John also pointed out to me the lack of insulation in my roof. We came up with and executed a plan to correct the deficiencies of insulation in my roof.
Now my home is watertight. Warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
This is why I am having John return this spring to repair and reroof my breezeway cover.
