Please avoid using this man. He overcharged us and then didn't come to do the work when he said he was going to. After 3 tries we hired another handyman who did the work for half the price. Now we have not been able to get our deposit back. As you can see from the previous reviews, I am joining a growing chorus of dissatisfied customers.

Stay away!! He will quote a certain price then try to claim that you (the client) ordered extra work and will attempt to double bill you. The moment you object, he will threaten to lien your property. DO. NOT. USE. This. Criminal.

Do not use this business for home improvements or repairs. John is right there to quote and collect down payment then things fall apart from there. Eventually job gets done, only after repeated angry calls...we would never use him again.

The work was good but a lot of confusion about prices. He quoted me $40 each to paint and hang 4 2nd floor shutters, which I wrote on the back of his business card. I bought new vinyl shutters which did not need painting. After hanging them, he gave me a bill of $280. A huge change, especially since he didn't even have to paint them. Good work but I suggest getting a written quote!
