Very sloppy work painted shutters and the paint is running and it was paint on the bath tub and mirrors

We had Fredis remove our home's dilapidated crown molding, smooth the wall seams into 90 degree angles, patch 5 drywall holes in the ceiling from former light fixtures, paint the walls/ceilings, and replace an electrical outlet. Fredis and Agustin displayed strong professionalism and quality craftsmanship. The patched holes are as though they were never there. The paint is impeccable around our recessed lights, outlets, and switches. Both gentlemen arrived everyday on time, placed protective coverings on home furniture/floors, and cleaned dust created by smoothing drywall surfaces. Fredis was transparent about materials and fair with cost. As new home owners who have completed several projects, we've had our encounters with questionable bids and quality. However, Fredis and Agustin's transparency, strong work ethic, and final results make us want to work him them on future projects.

Guys did a wonderful job. Showed up on time everyday and got the job done quickly. Provided the best pricing. Skim coated and painted my walls. Went from a rough texture to smooth. Even painted my whole bathroom when I asked for them to just touch up repaired areas. Happy with the service.

The team works fast, three guys, however finish details are not strong.

Hired them to paint exterior, replace bad wood and trim, paint interior and build an interior wall. The wall was the best and would recommend them.

However for the exterior, the wrong product was used to fill in on wood siding on the outside, just had rain and the product washed away. Some areas are correct, some aren't... looks like it was drywall putty...

I did call and have them come back to fix some areas but we have discovered more and more so it is a waste of time to keep calling back so will have to find another company to fix the errors.

I felt like and edited when I stepped through the ceiling from my attic. But these guys came the next day and fixed everything like new. Another company quoted twice as much to repair and paint. He came with his crew knocked it out in a couple of hours.

Fredis is the owner and he did an amazing job building a wall to divide a bedroom. This included creating an extra door frame and building a wall with two electrical receptacles. He completed all the fine details like matching the paint, baseboards, door knobs, etc. I have no idea how he completed all this in two days. He is definitely experienced. It was a bit of a challenge having to brush up on my Spanish, and using Google translate, but it ultimately was doable and a small sacrifice for a good price. The entire project was $2850 which was better than the other contractors that quoted me. Definitely recommend!

Had a big hole in my drywall in bedroom. John responded quickly and came and repaired it. He also repairs the back of my toilet and under kitchen cabinet. Very reasonable price.

We contacted John about a minor drywall job. There was a mishap and his car broke down on the way. He was kind enough to send his associate/coworker Henry. We ended up hiring Henry for other jobs around the house. There has been a few communication issues but John is helping us clear out some of the misunderstandings. We will update the review for the community once the job is finished.
