UPDATE: The roofing company made all of the repairs and were quick. They did not hire a professional to come out and repair. The roofing supervisor made the repairs himself. He sprayed the water stains with a primer and only removed a few floor pieces that had the most water damage.

UPDATE: The supervisor reached out and said that they will be able to fix any weather related damages and resolved any miscommunication we were having with one another. In today's world, calling to make things right with a customer really goes a long way as many companies ignore the complaints of the customer. This proves they truly care about the integrity of their company, workmanship, and delivering the best possible service to their customers. They stand by their customer being satisfied and making sure they are happy. I believe the real culprit we have been working with is our HOA management company by not properly communicating with us which gave this company an unfair stance on getting to rectify the issues.

1. The roofing company did recommend a bleach/water mix to clean the water stains but clarified they would do the cleaning.
2. The roofing supervisor also assumed the bubbling in the flooring was not damage related to water but to chips from when installed.
3. They plan to make all necessary repairs for any townhome that has weather related water damage.

Our HOA community hired this roofing company. While we were away at Christmas, the company started replacing our roof. After the first day of stripping shingles and laying paper, it rained. When we came back from the holiday, our attic access door was completely water stained, our house smelled musty, and our 1 1/2 year old laminate flooring we had installed had water spots and bubbling. The roofing supervisor came to investigate and recommended to me to clean it all myself. After numerous emails with the HOA management company, they sent the roofing supervisor out again. He repainted the attic door and wiped the floors. I pointed out the bubbles in the flooring and he told me that is how the flooring is supposed to be... not sure why he would say such a thing since we installed the flooring ourself. Anyway, we decided to have the damage assessed by another professional and yes they did damage our flooring. Not only that but they had assured my neighbor the roofs were secured before the rain. We are 1 of 3 homes that had damage inside the house after John Feeney roofing started. I'd highly not recommend this company.

We had an issue with the insurance company trying to cancel over the remaining life of our roof. We knew that it was in excellent shape but needed a roof inspection for them. John Feeney Roofing not only showed up with short notice, did a full inspection AND dealt with the agent to get our problem resolved. Guaranteed when we DO need any roof work/replacement, they are our company!

We had a large leak in our garage. Of course-we had no clue until it rained. We put in a call to John Feeney Roofing upon a recommendation. Most would have said ""we can't come for a week"", but not this company. They came within a couple hours and worked diligently for hours until it was meticulously fixed. I know...where's the catch? We were waiting for the bill and expected an out of this world cost. Nope...was MUCH less than expected. Fair prices, outstanding work, and dropped everything to keep us from further damages. What can I say? They've EARNED a customer for LIFE. Thank you for your dedication, expertise, and honesty. I wish every contractor did business like this! I HIGHLY recommend them.

They are replacing a roof for our 28 units condo building for more then six months. 20% of work is not done yet but they are ready to get full check. I do know how this company was good before but now it looks more like a scam.

John Feeney Roofing is fantastic! We had an initial leak around our goose neck pipe that carries the electric wires to the breaker box. They quoted a great price for the job. And started the work. Then we found that a piece of the end cap was missing. No additional cost, they fixed that too. Thank You for doing all of that in our crazy rainy season. You're our roofers from now on!

We really appreciated their roofer coming out to do a free estimate and provide an honest opinion that we have a few years left on our roof. It meant a lot that they weren't just trying to take advantage and make money off of us. When we do need to replace, they will be our first call!
