I intend to hire them again for a different home i am purchasing. totally happy with their work, they fixed a Florida room problem. the exterior walls were separating from the roof .... he knew exactly what he needed to do by me just explaining it over the phone before they came out to do the job. wow! they did a fantastic job! reasonable pricing. i had so many other people/handymen, even roofers, tell me to stuff some insulation or caulking into the large gaps lol ...it was a structural problem not a caulk job! i am very thankful to have found these guys on the next-door page. Shortly after i decided to put my home up for sale and i am certainly glad that i did not take the advice of the other people because the new owners got the whole works, appraisal, engineering inspection for the Florida room etc. if i would have done what the others had said i would not have passed inspection! SO-THANKS AGAIN JOE! GREAT JOB. the inspection passed no problem. looking forward to hiring you again when i get into my new place.
