Joe Ward Roofing team has gone above and beyond the call of duty. They took care of everything including contacting our association to get approval for the roof tile color we wanted. The submitted all the permits and passed all inspections. Installation was quick and they cleaned up as the continued work on our help. I highly recommend them for their customer service and quality of work. Thanks Joe, Diane, Tiffany and Claudia for your hard work.

Horrible experience with this company!
Felt the sales person was dishonest and didn't fulfilled his promise.
My aluminum patio that is attached to the roof was leaking and he said that would be taken cared when I signed the contract. The next day I've called him and said it wasn't in the contract. He just said he would take care of for me.
Unfortunately, I believed him.
Also, make sure they put down the amount of the permits in the contract; because they hit me after the total amount of my contract with Xtra 443.00 dollars for the permit.

One more comments about these clowns. As stated, I paid up front, cash, expecting a discount. Did not happen. My bag expecting the sales rep had some honor. Over one year later, I tried to clear the note on this house. These crooks put a lien on my property. I was warned about this company. On me for thinking they had some since of integrity.

BEWARE OF THIS ROOFING COMPANY!

I had a roof put on by this company in 2016 they replaced ply wood removed the old debris... partially!
They left a large amount of the old roofing, roofing paper, old wood from the surface as well as old shingles lying on my ceiling of my modular home!
I have photos of this and am in the process of filing suit!
This is a $10,000 roof and some random balance appeared of $175.00 that they are saying the roof warranty is voided till this mere balance is paid!
The big problem is the debris is inside of of roof rotting my ceiling! I do not have attic access so the roof has to be removed to get their trash left behind out!
The debris blows inside both bath exhaust fans into the house!
Please do your research before hiring this shottie company!
Due to my smart meter fire they thought I was going to have to replace my ceilings, so they didn't bother to do their part & remove the d roofing!

What a piss ant company! Literally!!! Red Flag!!!
The roof is leaking NOW due to the Rainey season & the hey won't send a repairman to fix it due to the 175.00 balance but THEY COLLECTED TEN THOUSAND DLARS FOR THIS CRAPPY JOB... THAT IS LEAKING A YEAR LATER! Go figure!

Joe ward roofing does great work and most of the employees are bight helpful workers. My estimator was rick he was really great . although when I called I spoke to a woman name Donna or Diana she was rude and rushed and seemed unintelligent.
