At Joe Scozzari Roof Services, we will execute a detailed inspection of your roof and evaluate your requirements. We will assess your eligibility for a new roof covering, especially if a weather-related event has occurred in your area and if it can be covered by your insurance.

Since 1984, we have been performing roofing inspections as a team of roofing experts, consultants, and project managers with 80 years of experience in roofing. We perform inspections before delivering a report to property owners and ensure the highest quality services to complete the job. For over 35 years, we have been dedicated to residential, commercial, and industrial clients, taking care of their needs throughout the process and afterwards.

A bit about my background in the roofing industry. My roofing career began in 1976 in Brooklyn, New York, when I was just 16 years old. I founded my own roofing business in 1984. After selling my client base, I retired to Vero Beach, Sebastian, Florida, in 2001. For the past 11 years, I have been with two roofing firms in Florida, one in Indian River County and the other in Jupiter. I furthered my education and received my All Lines Insurance Adjusters certification while remaining active in the roofing trade. In 2014, I launched my business in Florida. With 31 years of experience running my own roofing company, I have never faced bankruptcy or received a complaint during my career. I approach your project with the mindset that your property is my own, completing each task to my standards. I personally answer my phone; there’s no answering service—when you call, you get me, the owner. Should I be busy, I will return your call promptly when I’m available.
