At Joe Scozzari Roof Services, we will conduct a detailed inspection of your roof and evaluate your requirements. We will determine if you qualify for a new roof covering due to a weather event in your area and if your insurance can cover it.

We have been conducting roofing inspections since 1984, comprising a team of roofing professionals, consultants, and project managers with 80 years in the roofing field. We carry out inspections prior to issuing a report for property owners and deliver the best services to ensure the job is done right. For over 35 years, we have been dedicated to residential, commercial, and industrial clients, taking care of their needs throughout the process and afterwards.

Let me share a little about my journey in the roofing business. My roofing career began in 1976 in Brooklyn, New York, when I was just 16 years old. I launched my own company in 1984. After selling my client base, I retired to Vero Beach, Sebastian, Florida, in 2001. For the past 11 years, I have been with two roofing firms in Florida, one in Indian River County and the other in Jupiter. I furthered my education and received my All Lines Insurance Adjusters certification while remaining active in the roofing trade. I established my business in Florida in 2014. With 31 years of experience running my own roofing company, I have never faced bankruptcy or received a complaint during my career. I approach your project with the mindset that your property is my own, completing each task to my standards. I ensure I answer my phone directly; there’s no answering service—when you call, you speak to me, the owner. Should I be busy, I will return your call promptly when I’m available.
