Contacted them due to a leak. They looked at the roof, and never called back with estimate. I did the repair myself. A year later I was ready to purchase a roof and can't get a call back. It must be nice to be in a position to turn down business.

I can't rate their actual work, because after 18 months waiting, I gave up. I got an estimate in Summer 2017 and was told they were 2 months out on scheduling. Over the course of a Year + I got several calls stringing me along. Davis Roofing did a great job in one week.

I called this company on Monday July 2, 2018 around 8am. I was told that they had someone out in my area, and that they would call before they came. I couldn't see a leak, but could hear it. I wanted them to come out and see if some of the shingles had been blown lose. I called back the same day to ask when the person would arrive, I was then told that they told me it would be the next day before anyone could get here, this was not what I was told. They have an answering service and supposedly they will get back with you. It is now 3:17pm Tuesday July 3, they close at 4pm and nobody called me all day. I called Joe Roberson and Sons and told them that I didn't want them to come out, I called another roofing company. Apparently they don't need the business, a Roberson answered the phone and wasn't even concerned about me getting another roofing company even after I told him why I wasn't going to need their services. I would not recommend using them at all.

Do not use these people. They are very nice to work with, BUT will not stand behind their work. I hired them to fix my roof and when they were finished, the roof leaked worse than before, no kidding. They came out three more times during the course of a month. Of course, it continued to rain. The last time they fixed it and it leaked real bad afterwards, I told the guy to bring his boss or someone who knew what was going on. A week and a half later, on a Saturday, he calls me up and said that they our on their way to look at my roof... I told them after the last hard rain, it was leaking through my kitchen, I decided to hiring another roofing company to fix it!!! And they did. It rained sooooo hard and with the new repair, didn't leak a bit. Ironically, a month later I decided to have the entire $12,500 roof replaced. Guess who didn't do it... Oh, they never refunded my money.
