Being on the board of our Homeowners Association, I was in charge of getting 3 or more estimates for roof repair and maintenance of all 12 Townhomes. Jo roofing was the fastest to come look at the job, the first one to submit a very professional written estimate, and their price was on of the 2 lowest. Out of all the companies I interviewed (4 total), Janos, the owner was the one that gave me the best feeling of knowledge of the craft, and caring for my roof as much as he cares for the reputation of his company. Once we decided to hire him, he made time during a busy December (close to holidays) schedule. Just as promised, they finished the entire work in 3 days, and it came with a warranty of 3 visits if any unit has any problems.
You cannot beat that. I highly recommend him.

Back in August 2014 we had Janos come out to the house to fix a leak. His prices were very good and he came highly recommended. When we had the first rain on December, there was a small leak. We called Janos. He did not try to pass the problem elsewhere and within two days, after the roof dried he came to the house and took care of the problem. When the big storms came our home was dry.

Very responsive, did not play games like many contractors do, gave very reasonable estimate and performed as expected with quality and on-time.

After his first visit to estimate job, I called him to review his estimate as a second estimate wanted to do a much bigger job. He came back, reviewed his estimate and said that if he found any additional repairs, it would cost a bit more, but he didn't think the larger job was necessary. I told him that after he got started, if there was more to do, just do it. He actually stayed with his original work estimate.

I didn't see a yelp review for Janos at JO Roofing but go to his website - I confirm that the glowing reviews are accurate. He came out to my roof to look at a possible leak, found a tile out of place and fixed it without charge. I watched the issue which continued during significant storms.

I brought him out a year later and the problem turned out to be unrelated. He honored the original quote, scheduled the job, and came and completed it on time. He is a real professional, and provides adequate explanation of his strategy to repair and options.

Janos is a pleasure to deal with and a model for other businesses. I recommend him highly.
