I had what seemed to be a simple one missing concrete roof tile that needed to be replaced but ended up being four slipped tiles. Regardless, JNL Roofing was the only qualified roofer who would take on this small job (all other firms suggested I call a handyman who I doubt would have been able to fully understand what it was they were dealing with they discovered the real situation. He arrived on time as promised and had full addressed the small repair in less than 15 minutes at a price I felt was completely fair.

It's our pleasure to write this review for JNL roofing. We were referred to Nick as most of our fascia board was rotted and needed to be replaced before having run gutters installed.

Nick and his team were responsive, professional, and honest from our first meeting with them to get the initial estimate. In addition to assessing the amount of fascia board that needed to be replaced, they also checked the roof and determined that it was in good shape. At the same time, we also needed two bathroom skylights replaced, which JNL was also able to do.

Nick was communicative at every step of the process, explaining what the job would entail and the timeline for doing so. It is clear he takes pride in his work and wants his customers to make informed decisions as he took a lot of time to explain how they were approaching the fascia board replacement and why. He also observed that there were three beams protruding from the front of the house that served no structural purpose, detracted from the look of the house, and were exposed in a way that would continue to damage the wood and cost more to repair over time. Nick was very strategic in assessing how to best approach removing the beams and ensured that those on his team who were experts in this did the work. Nick would rather get the job right than rush to get it done.

Nick was consistently communicative about the timing of various aspects of this multi-step job, which was impacted by rain. He was always honest about when his team could get to it and never made promises he couldn't keep.

Ultimately, the outcome of the work was of the highest quality. The installer for the rain gutters also noted this quality. We have the utmost confidence in Nick and his team and know that the cost of the investment in our house with high quality wood installed with the highest level of expertise has enhanced the look of our house and will ensure the integrity of it for years to come.

Nick is a honest, always tell you how it is, and takes pride in his work. We trust him and would refer anyone needing the fascia board replacement, skylight installation, or any other roof related work with our highest recommendation.

Nick was great to work with in fixing 2 leaks and doing some needed PM on our 35 year old roof.

He came out really quickly after I first called. He took some measurements inside, went up on the roof and took several pictures to show me what was up. He gave me a bit of an education on what was wrong and what he needed to do. He took some pictures during and after as well and we were good to go.

I'd recommend. He seems like a good guy that knows what he's doing.
