We needed our skylights inspected and replaced. Manny was really responsive and was able to quickly come out to our house to look at all the skylights and provide an estimate. He recommended only replacing one of the skylights, and ordered it immediately. The skylight took some time to arrive, but Manny provided updates when I inquired. His work was clean, efficient and has so far held up in the rains! He even drove back to our house when he remembered leaving a small tool that one of our kiddos may have gotten hurt on if they found it. Would highly recommend Manny!

After the So Cal winds we had in November 2020, our sky lights had some major damage and we needed new ones put in before the next storm. Manny came out the same day we called to assess the damage and give us a bid. The following day he did the repair.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time to price the job and then thoroughly inspected the roof and the interior where the new whirlybird vents were to be placed. Even came back to make sure they had the right roof color for the patching they would do. They then gave me a great price, literally 1/2 the labor cost of the next bidder (who did not even come to the property to conduct an estimate) and an astonishing the labor cost of the third outfit that I contacted.

For the actual work, the installer showed up on time and very efficiently finished the job in just a few hours. I watched the work proceed and it sure looks like I got a great, leak-proof, installation.

I read the reviews and liked that it's a smaller, local company. Manny gave me an estimate 2 days later and completed the job by the end of the week. He didn't try to sell me on replacing my entire roof, which I appreciated. He offered to replace the area of the leak but I chose to replace the entire room. Manny's communication and reliability was excellent.
