Manny went to my home for a consult and told me he'll give me a quote within a day. I've never received a response after the inspection and he's left me on ""read"". I thought its because of the holidays which I took in consideration. However, I followed up twice with no response, left on ""read"". I came to him because of the good reviews and felt confident about it. He has no decency nor courtesy to at least let me know if he's not able to take on the work. I'd understand if that's the case. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

They got the permits with the city scheduled everything with the inspector and the new roof looks great! Everything was done quickly . So happy our roof is good to go for the rainy season. JMT replaced the roof of my house last week. Manny was responsive from the get. He answered my questions without delay. He's not chatty, which I like, and he didn't ask for my husband to be present like some other leading roofing company in Long Beach did. I collected other bids and JMT's was competitive. The workers cleaned up all the mess each day. The roof looks beautiful! (Funny thing to say but it's true.)

Manny at JMT roofing was great, he was able to fix a leaky vent above my kitchen in a timely manner. It was during the December, 2021 hard rainfall. The next day in-between storms he quickly got up onto my roof, replaced and re-sealed the flashing and vent right before the next rain to arrive. Thanks for a speedy fix, and thanks for a fair rate. I'll be using again...

Manny was great. During the last rain, we had 2 leaks. Manny was able to come out even as it was raining to assess the leaks (repair or new roof). He provided a fair quote to repair the leaks and delivered as promised (earlier date then anticipated). He did not try to up sale me on a new roof. I really appreciated that.

We had a small leak in the garage that apparently wasn't worth most roofers' time to repair. Companies either declined to consider the work, or came and gave an estimate for a much larger job than we really seemed to need. Fortunately JMT came out, gave an honest opinion and reasonable estimate, and got the work done promptly and competently. It hasn't been put to a full test since it's hardly rained at all this year, but the work had held up well in the bit of rain we've had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or how JMT again. Great guys and great business.

It's been a year since Manny came out to my residence and installed a cool roof for us. Everything had been perfect thus far, we had a large rainstorm not too long ago and that was the true test. We had issues with leaks before Manny came out and fixed our roof so we are very pleased. I've already recommended him to my neighbors.
