Having owned two homes and done many remodels, I have to say that JMM Construction is the best. Cory manages your remodel professionally and efficiently. He answers every phone call and every question.

The quality of work is excellent. There weren't any delays or cancellations. Angel and Juan are true craftsmen and perfectionists as well. From plumbing to paint, everything was impeccably done.

i would definitely recommend JMM to anyone looking for a contractor! I just finished having both bathrooms redone (one a tub to shower conversion) and couldn't be happier with the results. Corey is terrific to work with and his crew (Pedro, Jose and Fidel) were great. They arrived on time, worked long days and all did excellent work.

We had a leak in our kitchen that insurance refused to pay. We had to demo part of our kitchen and the floor to get everything fixed. We luckily found JMM to work with us on our project. The JMM team was incredible in all facets of our project. The work they did was as good as anything I've seen, they were on time when they were scheduled to work, and they were always in communication about updates and what to expect ( our PM Corey was amazing in particular). I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend JMM Construction. I reached out to 7 contractors for a full bathroom expansion and remodel (including a tub to shower conversion). Two of the original contractors didn't follow up past initial contact. One made an appointment to come to our home and didn't show. Of the remaining 4, JMM was not the lowest bid but was very competitive. Project manager, Corey Manning ultimately was the reason we selected JMM. I had a relatively short timeline to complete the remodel prior to my Mom coming for a visit. Corey understood what I needed and the quality of work I was looking for. I am happy to say JMM didn't disappoint. In addition to Corey, we had several skilled people throughout the 3-week project and the quality of work from all was top of the line. The crew: Jose, Juan, David, Fidel, Aseah and Angel was reliable and worked long days. Each person did excellent work in their area: demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting and finish work. A special shout out to our tiler - Jose. Jose was a true craftsman and perfectionist in laying out and installing the shower floor/walls and bathroom floor. He was able to fulfill my request of making a seamless transition between the bathroom tile and the hallway LPV - adjusting it to the same level so we don't need a rubber threshold.
Corey and his team were the best contractor I've ever hired for a project and I won't hesitate to hire them in the future.

JMM did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom.

This was our first construction project and choosing a contractor who is willing to walk us through each phase was important. JMM excelled in the ""first-time remodel project"" experience.

I worked mainly with project manager, Corey. He visited both the plumbing and tile store to pick out the products. The partners he worked with were both professional and non pushy. We especially enjoyed working with Jenna at Ferguson.

As you can see in the photos, we LOVE our new bathroom. The crew all showed up with smile on their face and very respectful. I would recommend JMM for any remodel project.
