I had to manage my small kitchen remodeling (150 sq ft) from out of state. This work involves taking out a portion of kitchen cabinets, making a new area for a dishwasher, installing the dishwasher to be up to code, plumbing, making the old cabinets level, installing ring floodlight, and so many other things).
If it was not for Jose's tremendous amount of patience (calling me, texting back and forth, sending multiple diagrams and photos to confirm what I had in mind) and professionalism, I don't think I would be able to have it completed to my satisfaction.
He called to inform me the days when he would work, and he showed up!
He also took great care to leave my house in a clean condition before they started working. For example, he put plastic barrier in the kitchen entrances so the dust from demolition would not soil my sectionals.
His pricing is fair. He is not the cheapest one and not the most expensive one, but the amount of patience that he showed during my time working with him is priceless (and he is licensed). I called other contractors and some of them were cheaper than him, but they were not as patience as Jose dealing with an out of state customer like me.
I would hire him for my next project!
