JMK roofing added two skylights in our Cabin in MiWuk Village. The purpose was to add light and vent the heat out of our loft. Jordan and Tyler did a great job communicating schedule and any additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs.

When it was time for us to get a new roof on our home, we sought three estimates from reputable, licensed Roofing Contractors. I won't bother to name all three as I choose not to shame anyone here. One provided an estimate promptly, almost double the amount we ultimately chose, one never showed up for the estimate appointment, and one was JMK Roofing, Inc. They responded to my request within 48 hours, Tyler called and made an appointment at my convenience and of a timely nature. Tyler came out on time the day he scheduled, made a thorough inspection of our roofing and explained the schedule of JMK. We received a detailed written estimate, outlining total cost as well potential issues which may occur. We decided that this was definitely the company we wanted to install our new roof! I will be honest here, we had to wait awhile, however we knew that would be likely, so we signed up. Tyler stayed in touch, coming out to bring us shingle and gutter samples, all high quality materials. We were originally scheduled for late January (2022) and he called to say they could start two weeks early if that was convenient. Heck Yeah it was convenient. The day they were to begin, several vehicles with eager, polite workers, including Jordan Kolb, the owner of JMK Roofing. A thorough explanation of what they were going to do and how ensued, then Wow. This crew proceeded to strip the existing roof covering, totally repair any damaged roof sheathing/framing while taking the time to show me and explain exactly what was being done. During every single facet of this job, the crew constantly and thoroughly kept our porches covered, protected and the property spotless. As you can guess the finished product was no exception. Our new roof is beautiful. What an absolutely pleasant experience that turned it to be. Can you say, PROFESSIONAL?

Jordan recently finished a heavy shake roof on our cabin in Pinecrest. He did a fantastic job and the roof looks great. It was a large heavy complex job and he left the place clean and neat, very professional. Jordan is an extremely nice guy and very pleasant to work with. We got three similar bids, his was the most expensive, but worth it because of the quality of work and responsiveness of the owner, Jordan. He runs a good company and we were lucky to have him.

fast. Cleaned up the mess. Left me with a beautiful new roof and seamless gutters! I can be really picky, but couldn't find a single complaint with these guys. Heartily recommend this roofing company.

My roof all of a sudden started to fail. Unfortunately, most good roofers were so busy that they were out 4-6 months. Many did not even give me the time of day or would come out to give me a bid. I called JMK Roofing and immediately spoke to the owner who was very nice and professional. He was also the only one willing to help me by offering to cover my roof temporarily until he could get to it in the Spring. I was still concerned as an early storm approached. Like he promised, his crew got out there in time to cover it up. Then, fortunately, he had a cancellation and was able to fit me in ahead of schedule. His crew did a great job, took pictures for me, and cleaned up well. His bid was competitive and reasonable. I would highly recommend Jordan and his company. Ps. I rarely take the time, unfortunately, to write reviews but felt strongly about this recommendation.

Very happy with this company. Jordan the owner is the one who comes out and completes the estimate. He fit us in and went above and beyond with no extra charge to fix other things that were not done properly. I got a few estimates to compare pricing and by far was the best price, honesty and didn't try talk me into a new roof that wasn't needed. Super happy with our choice with this company and his work. Will definitely use in future when needed.

Jordan repaired the metal roof on Bear Valley Silver Mountain Condos in 2017. A metal panel on the end of the roof slipped due to the high snow load. He was able to patch the roof to get us through the winter and then made the repair in the spring. Excellent communication and I really appreciate him working with both our onsite supervisor and the Condo HOA board.
