He was great to work with and provided superior service, great quality, and communicated with me through the process. Our roof started to leak in the house during our California rains. Mark at J and M Roofing was quick to come to my rescue! He sent out an employee to look at my situation. A protective material was placed and leaks we temporarily fixed until the rains passed. Mark had his crew on my roof and it was done in 2 days! His guys were polite, prompt, clean, and efficient. The pricing was reasonable, the quality of the materials are top notch, and the roof and gutter work was done very well. Mark does a fantastic job of communicating . The roofing and downspouts took a long time because of the stucco repairs that needed to be done. He would update me frequently and made many extra trips to the jobsite to make sure things were watertight during the recent storms while waiting for the stucco guys to finish their work. He definitely went over and above and did not charge me extra. We are really happy with their work.

Mark, the owner of JM Roofing, and his crew did a really nice re-roof for me. The price was reasonable and the GAF system with Ohagan roof vents are first class. Home improvement projects can be very stressful, but Mark takes good care of his customers and their satisfaction is his primary goal.

The owner is very rude! Was several weeks late starting the roof after saying he was going to ""fit us in between the bigger jobs"". Gave a date for materials to be delivered. I called a few days after they were supposed to deliver the materials and was told ""to stop bugging"" him (I had called maybe 4 times in a 6 week time period trying to get the roof done before rain season) and that he ""didn't have time to be pestered.""

Just called this company to ask a question. I'm a Realtor and I normally get roof inspections for free from Roof Doctors or a local roofer. He quoted me a price and I said I normally get inspections for free, so my client wasn't expecting to pay, so I can't book one at this time (they quote a price for repairs and often get the repairs done after the inspection). At least I tried to say that. The person on the other end started YELLING at me asking why he would do work for free and asking if I do work for free. Why, yes, many times I have shown clients homes and they decided not to buy at this time....or had an issue with lending, or something else. Free work in the hopes of getting paid, but sometimes it doesn't happen. He was so rude, I was shocked. I just told him what other companies usually do.....

Outstanding work. Quick assessment, short timeline to install and stayed true to word where others left me in the lurch. The work was carried out neatly and cleanup left no trace of the madness that construction usually leaves. My house looks beautiful now and the energy saving GAF shingles & vents have made the house far more energy efficient. Couldn't be happier with the work.
