I can't say enough good things about JLS Environmental Service. They were extremely responsive to our needs , did an excellent job and were kind, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend them. We had a water leak that caused damage to our carpets and walls. Everything was handled in a very professional manner.

We had a roof leak that turned into having wet drywall and mold issue in the home.

We contacted our Insurance company and they sent JLS out to look at the room and said they had approval to do the mold removal from our Insurance company. They also stated that they would give us a quote to replace the drywall, insulation, tape, texture and paint the interior also. They did the mold removal and never returned except to pick up the fan.

After numerous telephone calls and no return calls needless to say very dissatisfied with JLS and would not recommend them to anyone. And we have contacted our Insurance company of the issue.

Had a flooding problem in my home, took my insurance agents advice and went with JLS. I will absolutely never recommend or use this company again. The initial employees were super helpful and responsive. Unfortunately JLS sub contracts a lot of work out and they did with my flooring. My demo and new floors were put in by sub contractors. And the were the a nightmare from beginning to end. Took the company almost 2 weeks just to demo my floors. Employees were consistently late, stoned, and dishonest with me on a daily basis. They destroyed my fireplace, had over 5 holes in my drywall and scratches everywhere. They put baseboards back without back filling the nail holes and didn't paint the baseboards at all which was contracted to be done. I'm still fixing patching and painting there mistakes. Consider using another company this was a nightmare for me personally

This company is a joke. They took forever to fix our house. Months. We lost out on a sale of our home due to their lack of care to make sure the job was done. Our buyer walked away because they were tired of waiting for literally months. Also, they saw that the materials used were not even close to what they were originally done with. There were so many issues with this company from the start. They cut corners and ultimately cheated us. Demanding we pay them for the work that wasn't done in a timely manner or with the appropriate materials. We eventually were cornered into paying them and wanted to be done with the whole situation. They know they messed up, and yet they threatened us if we didn't pay. They should be embarrassed by the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship that wasn't there from the beginning. Avoid this company.

I cannot find my engagement ring after their employee came. There was a water leak around the master bathroom toilet, and my builder hired them to fix the issue which left dehumidifier near the toilet(working area includes the toilet and shower, 1/3 part of the master bathroom). Several days later, an employee came to pick up the machine. I didn't pay attention to the employee all the time when he was in master bedroom. And later, I cannot find my engagement ring.

I have contacted this company multiple times regarding this issue, it's hard to reach out the PoC. The front desk told me that they will get back to us when PoC is available, however I never received their phone call. So I need to make several phone calls a day and occasionally I can talk with the PoC and I've always been told that they were still doing investigation and will get back to me. I tried several days and was tired of calling them, and I never got back from them afterwards.

I'll be nice and follow through. Once they actually came out, the guys did a great job of diagnosing the issue for me. They took their time and were very thorough about it. They had to take a damaged baseboard off and I thought they would just put it back but they had a different guy come out a few days later and put in a brand new one which I was not expecting them to do. My only issue is their standing me up otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

I had a leak due to missed insulation on my AC lines during the construction of the new home. DR Horton partnered with JLS to come out and repair the leak. From the beginning to the end JLS was EXTREMELY proactive in reaching out to schedule appointments, they cleaned up the affected area, stopped the leak and did a really nice CLEAN job every step of the way. Ashley & Robert came out to do the initial assessment were very friendly and courteous. Today Alfonso came out and was able to replace the insulation, patch the drywall, texture and paint ALL within 4-5 hours!!! Alfonso is amazing and did all the work by himself!! Kudos to Alfonso and the folks at JLS. I HIGHLY recommend JLS for all your environmental needs!!

We had a leak in our wall and worked through our insurance to have JLS out to assess the damage, open the wall, dry, clean up and sanitize the area. JLS staff have been incredibly helpful through the process, from prompt scheduling calls and arrivals, flexibility, thorough work and cleanliness. I've been really impressed and grateful, especially since we're dealing with a stressful situation during this tricky time.
