After this guy cut me off and parked in the last parent and child space (he didn't have a child with him) that me and my family were heading towards, I wasn't so inclined in using this companies services.
Times are tough for everyone, being a little less selfish would be appreciated by everyone.

I had no idea it would be so tough to get a roofing company to come out and give an estimate, let alone follow-up and actually schedule the work. These companies seem to be very busy with complete roof jobs and have no time or interest in repairs. The common responses include: they are too busy, they are out six months, they never call back, or if you do get an estimate they never return.

After weeks of calling roofing companies and getting one estimate (company never came back or called) I found JL Roofing Company. I spoke to the owner, and he said someone would call me back to setup an estimate. I received a call from JESEPI who responded the next day. Jesepi indicated they, too, were busy but promised to fit me in. The job would include repairing the leaking area, replacing all broken tiles (I had extra from a previous solar panel installation), and sealing all of the roof exhaust pipes. The price was $1,575. I said heck yes, I am in.

A few days went by, and Jesepi and his crew arrived one early morning and started working. The flashing that needed to be removed was stuccoed by the home builder, which resulted in the paint and some stucco coming off. Not sure what the crappy home builder was thinking, but who knew? Anyway, Jesepi took the time to take a piece of the stucco to a paint store and matched the paint. He returned and painted the area, which was perfect.

Jesepi and his crew did a great job for us, and our roof survived the most recent storms. I will definitely call them again for all of my roofing needs.

TIP: On a side note, I had several broken tiles that Jesepi replaced. The only people on my roof before JL Roofing was Solar City about five years ago. If you decide to get solar, make sure you inspect your roof after the job is completed.

I give JL Roofing 5 star, because not only did they do a great job on the replacement of our roof, but they had great customer service. Being that we didn't know what to expect in having to change our roof, we had many questions, and JL was very professional and made us feel comfortable in choosing them to replace our roof. They did the job very fast and kept all areas clean at all times. We love our new Roof! Thank you JL!

Thank you John, Rose, Jesse and the crew for an awesome job of installing a new roof on my home. I am very pleased with the shingle colors of Copper Canyon by GAF. JL Roofing started on a Friday morning and was finished the following Tuesday morning. The entire process went smoothly and the communication was good.

I made an apt for John to come out! He was a no call no show! So I called him again to see what had happened? Returned call.... had no clue he had made an apt with me and to top it off..... when I reminded him.... not once did he apologize!!! No respect or consideration for ones time!! I know it's a busy time but integrity is a must for me!!!

These guys are great! I live in Temecula, CA, a distance from Chino. They gave me a bid because they were in the neighborhood. I contacted them to fix the leaks in my roof after I got their bid. There bid was lower than the other roofer I had contacted. Within a couple of days after contacting them, they came out to fix the roof. They showed up on time and were able to quickly and professionally fix it. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, too. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you JL Roofing.

My experience was fast and convenient. I called Friday morning, the estimator came out to review the problem on Friday afternoon. The repair was complete on Saturday morning. The invoice/payment was handled electronically. The team showed great depth and experience through our interaction, would be happy to use JL Roofing again in the future!

They did a great job cleaning up the site (not a nail in site). They took me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect.
