Please beware. This company did A job for my elderly mother. They didn't finish the job, there are several issues. After badgering and harassing my mom to pay him and promising that the issues would be fixed, she conceded and finished posting him. He has since given her the run around. As an up and coming Realtor, I will be warning my clients to steer very clear of this company!

Major roof repair was completed 2/2020, only after being harassed to complete the job. My roof now has several leaks and JJP Roofing Inc. refuses to honor the ""10 year workmanship warranty"", to repair the many leaks in my roof. Now currently filling documents with Okaloosa County Building Inspections.

I spoke with Julian the owner regarding an estimate for repairs. He said he would try to be there @ 1pm. I called to verify time and said I would meet him there. He said he would call if not able to make it. I was there at 1pm and called to hear him explain that it was not really an appointment, but just an idea? He said he was going to call IF he was coming there at 1pm and since he didnt call then no harm right? Really? He said ""he's very busy"". I am too, that's why I'd like to be able to schedule my time. He says he doesnt do that. I asked if he could make an appointment next week or next month or anytime that would give me chance to schedule my appointments. No he doesnt want to commit to anyone for anything specific for even a window of time if he would have to honor it. So I guess for some people it's good to be busy and not have to be a good business man, but when things get slow, karma.
