This job was put off for many many years, and they did it correctly! Had to pull off three layers and wood below, with no problems. With a chance of rain (of course) they came and covered it and afterward got to it and finished. The workers worked very hard and were very Happy. I am very pleased! JJ""s has been around a long time and my sales guy was great, with a drive-by after all was said and done!!

These people are very dishonest. We had them come out and do an estimate on our industrial building that was leaking and discussed the repairs with Rick Lutinbill. He sent pics and showed the sky lights were cracked and said all needed to be replaced $7,400, the bid to repair the roof for $3,500. I went on the roof today and the pics he sent were not of our roof, the skylights were not the ones he sent pictures of. He showed pics of rusty nails in the roof. No nails were found anywhere. I will never use these people. It wouldn't let me post without a star. They don't deserve even that.

We just had JJ Roofing work on our flat roof that is also a deck. The work was very sloppy and pieced together, even though it was just a small area.

We sent a photo and expressed our dissatisfaction but we were told that was the best they could do. Perhaps if we could not see it it would not matter but it was completely unnecessary to use pieces rather than one piece. I guess we will see if it holds up but we are unhappy with the work and they don't seem to care.

We will not be using this company again and would recommend that others look elsewhere, too.

Don't waist your time with this Company !!

They came out to give a quote for our roof leak repair which we received few days later
and was fair.
Then there was never any follow up from them
we tried many times to schedule a appointment to get the work
done but they have never called back even after leaving messages several days in a row.
in the mean time our roof keeps on leaking water.

would you hire some one like this ??

Loved working with JJ roofers! They're office staff and field staff took the time to explain the damages to the roof on our house that we had just purchased.

RUDE, don't follow up at all, call them for a leak and 3 weeks later, still leaking, never called to say what they found, if they found anything at all. no communicating, owner Don was very rude, said that they show up with buckets and that's it. they will not be pulling back tiles to see whats wrong? huh?? why do you call a roofing company if not to FIX the roof and leaks...haha really???? call someone who will care about you and your buildings...be happier with someone else.....
