We hired this company to do our roof in our townhouse in Biynton Beach. what a fantastic job they did. Very professional and helpful. They made the process easy for us. They kept us informed and up to date along the way. Jonathan and Tyler were always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Can not say enough positive things about this JJ Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches.

I needed my roof repaired in Sarasota Florida. The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. They fix my roof in record time and did a great job. The only reason I'm giving a four-star instead of a five is because I had an appointment set up and they never showed up and then called on a different day. Then I was scheduled for an appointment either Monday or Tuesday but no one called me and the guy showed up on Wednesday to do the job with no notice. #Sarasotaroofers.

They came and put up gutters on the front of my house and were very professional and did the job in a timely manner. When I received the quote from them, the new person they hired misquoted the job & gave me a cheaper price. Instead of arguing with me or not doing the job, they honored the quote right away. This says a lot about the integrity of the company. I would definitely recommend them!!!

JJ Quality Builders replaced the flat roof of an addition to my home which had been poorly repaired by two other contractors in past. They realized that a repair would not be the best route and a full replacement was recommended. Although there was a delay due to the hold up with the approval of the permit and supply chain delays in getting needed materials, JJ's staff did a great job replacing the roof in one day. JJ was great with communications, hard working installers and a very reasonable price. Thank you for a great job!!!

Please don't use this builder for anything!!! Friends of mine used them while selling their house to a new owner and ended up being the biggest mistake. I had to witness my friends go through an enormous amount of stress, anguish and sleepless nights. This builder refused to honor any verbal commitments (amnesia I guess), denied promises of meeting completion dates, threatened them with scare tactics like suing when there were confrontations, screamed and cursed when questioned regarding commitments, refused to honor transfer of warranty to the new owner knowing they were selling their house and that was the reason for the new roof. Lastly they ended up giving lower price roof tiles then agreement. It was a nightmare for my friends, please steer clear of this company.

Please read original review below. The owner called me at 7:04 this morning to tell me that he had spoken to his lawyer, was suing me for the review I left in May and was sorry.I hung up and he immediately called back several times. At 7:00 in the morning.!!!!!!

I waited almost 3 weeks for an estimate. After calling multiple times to follow-up, I finally received a call telling me that they could not do the work. Very unprofessional.

Do not use this company. I just bought a house and it has active roof leaks. James gave me an estimate, we agreed on a price and they sent a contract. First of all, after 4 attempts, they still did not spell my name right (attention to detail?) The contract contained paragraphs that did not pertain to my repairs, stating things like they have the right to order excess material and that those would be their property. There is no limit to what is considered ""excessive."" It also states that if they don't pay their subcontractors, I am liable for paying them, even when I paid JJ in full. There were other items regarding additional charges, etc. that they verbally told me did not apply to my repairs, however, they would not take those items out of the contract. James stated that they would send a revised agreement but never did. Legally, everything comes down to what is in writing, not verbal promises. The fact that they would not take these items out of the contract leads me to believe that they may be dishonest. The last contact I had with them was an email from them telling me to sign the original contract so we could move forward.
