I had been trying to get a roofer to come take a look at a leak at my house for over two weeks & everyone I called either never showed up or didn't bothered to return my call. I contacted Jim's Roofing Company. I explained that the home insurance is asking for a letter head of a roofing company and their estimate of the life expectancy of my home's roof. The gentleman that answered said it sounds like I need a roof certification and that it was going to be $400. I repeated what I needed. He stated I'm just thinking out loud and went to explain what a roof certification is and that it's requested by the bank usually. As I was saying, all the insurance company was asking for, he cut me off and stated he can't help me and to call someone else. He then hung up. Bad customer service. Bad attitude. Here's your 1 Star. Have a good day.

Jim was very professional. He came out, took a look at my office roof and gave an extremely fair price estimate. He and his assistant came out on the scheduled day and was able to complete the job in under a day just in time for the first heavy rains we've experienced in years. I highly recommend his company!

Show up when scheduled. Able to diagnose problems and fix in cost effective manner. First they repaired several leaks in our ancient tile roof on our home. Since then, they have put new roofs on several of our outbuildings. One had an unusual challenge which many have attempted to fix over the years, but after 2 seasons, the building is dry. Jim's prices are very fair and he stands behind his work. Will definitely use again as the need arises.

Jim and his crew replaced a large portion of my old, Spanish tile roof, and fixed a long-standing leak. They did it 2 days, and for less money than what other roofers wanted to charge me. Now I'm dry as toast when it rains, and ready for anything Mother nature throws at me. I'm sure his crew is very busy these days, what with El Nino right around the corner, but I would not hesitate to call him for an estimate, if you a looking for a new roofer. BTW, Jim's Roofing is a family business, as his son works on his crew.

I spent the last two weeks trying to get a new leak fixed before going out of town. The recent rain had decided to find it's way into my bedroom.

I called almost everyone listed on Yelp and had 9 separate people come out to our building to try to figure out where the leak was coming from, get a bid, try to get a time scheduled...

I had people tell me a range of things including I needed a new roof, new gutters, it was too complicated for them, they didn't have enough time, we could get on the schedule in a month or two, but nobody could pinpoint the exact problem or really seamed to care too much.

I'm not going to badmouth anyone here, but after finding Jim, I would never call anyone else again. He was the 10th person to come out. Jim found the problem in about 2 minutes, and came the next day to fix it.

His price was reasonable, his work was great, and they got it done quickly! The trifecta! He even touched up some areas that weren't leaking yet and cleaned the entire roof and gutter system for us when he was done.

If you need a repair or a new roof do yourself a favor and call him first, I really wish I had because from what I saw in the last two weeks he is by far the best.
