It's with sadness and disappointment that I write a poor review for Jim's Roofing Co because the lack of follow-up from Jim. He completed work for us (roof leak by the chimney) about 7 months ago, and we asked for pictures of ""before and after,"" which we did not get. During the recent Christmas holidays, it rained quite consistently, and we were surprised to see the same area leaking. In the contract, he says he gaurantees his workmanship for 2 years, and unfortunately, after many attempts for him to come check/fix his work, he has not returned. I believe we have been patient and given him plenty of oppotunities to make this right. We plan to report to BBB.

... crap work then took off to Cuba ... how about that ....flooded my restaurant do to poor quality work... still leaking 4 months later... has disappeared off the map... stay far way from this guy... total crap

to work with and it took 2 days right before the

We had water running down the inside of our living room during the big rains 3-4 years ago. Jim and his crew came in and replaced the roofing felt under our concrete tiles. Jim explained the process, and did great work. We have not had any leakage or problems with our roof, I would recommend Jim!

We had Jim's roofing evaluate some leakage in our family room which has a nearly flat roof. We've owned the house for ~ 25 years and had the roof replaced when we bought it. It was time for a complete roof replacement! Jim informed us that the roofing installed over the family room wasn't the best solution and he introduced us to a material that was designed for flat roofs. Jim's Roofing removed the 3 layers of old roofing, installed a new shingled roof plus the new flat roofing material over our family room. Jim and his workers were hard working, efficient and provided a professional roof second to none. I highly recommend Jim's roofing to anyone looking to replace theirs. You won't be disappointed.

One star or less! Jim came to fix my roof, and after he worked on it and pronounced it fixed, I paid him $600.00. A week later my roof was still leaking, so I called him again and notified him and asked him to return and fix it. He said he would get back to me once he looked at the schedule. Since then, despite repeated phone calls, an email and a message left on the web site, I have received no response whatsoever. I am filing a complaint with the State Contractor's Licensing Board.

I hired Jim to repair a rotted board in the eave of my rental property's roof. My tenant sent me before and after pictures to show me the result of the ""repair"". There was still a hole visible in the damaged area and it looked like it had been partially filled and painted over. When I initially asked Jim about it, he promised to go back and plug the remaining opening and in good faith I sent him full payment because I was leaving town for a trip. He never went over and despite numerous attempts by me to text and call him, he never returned my messages.

Jim came to my house on short notice. He went above and beyond locating multiple leaks on my roof. He was able to find all leaks, repair the roof, replace and match all broken tiles, AND sealed around all vent pipes and chimneys. Just in time for the rain to come. Not a single leak today with the heaviest wind and rain we've seen in many months. Thank you, Jim!
