everyone is highly respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I highly recommend them above all roofing companies in the area. Their work is fast and professional! The clean up is exceptional.

James came out to estimate and explain the ins and outs!
Things had changed since the last roof replacement i'd done,
much less involved due to apps that calculate the coverage.
My USAA insurance corresponded with Prescher and confirmed
that all damaged items would be covered, and James did more than
cover the repair needed. We ended up with a 50 year roof,
that also saved us on insurance! The gutters were replaced,
with permanent leaf guards, and the work is outstanding.
Weather was good, maybe even hot but finished in one day

James was always available for any questions i had
and explained the process in detail ... he knows his stuff!
Prescher can also cover repairs required along the way

I'm very impressed by their work, and would highly recommend them!

I've not used them for roofing but I was driving down the highway, in the right lane, and one of their trucks was riding my tail, unnecessarily. The other lane was open but they proceeded to get within a few feet of my vechicle then decided to grt over a lane and then speed off, going way over the limit. Not safe drivers at all.

Beau was the spokesperson who arranged our roofing to be done. We offered the roofers to take a look around our attic before they got started, but they declined. The roofers proceeded to puncture refrigerant lines and we lost every bit of our Freon! We called Beau and he sent an A/C co. over to repair the leak. When asked how much it would be, Beau told us it'd probably be less than $200. We stopped the A/C guy (glad we did) as he quoted an additional $875. depending on how much Freon he had to replace! We called our own A/C guy who did the work for a fraction of what they quoted us. Prescher wouldn't work with us at all. They said they would've called a different A/C co. even though their employee, Beau, is the one who asked said A/C co. to do the work for us! We had already paid their A/C co. ($230.) for plugging the puncture and asked Prescher for a refund for that & for our Freon to be added and they declined!! If only they'd taken us up on looking in the attic first. Also, their roofers messed up our Dish and we were without internet for 3 days, plus had to pay to get it fixed! Do yourselves a favor and DON'T use Jimmy Prescher Roofing!

My roof was 10 years old and I had Ken Boyd from Jimmy Prescher's Roofing come take a look at it after the first part of this year, 2020. It was still in decent shape. However, I got golf ball sized hail a couple of weeks ago. Had Ken Boyd back out and he stepped me thru the process of obtaining a new roof, since I have never been thru this process before. VERY Thankful for Ken and Jimmy! My new roof looks great! Process was quick and painless! Was affordable and my new roof is better than the previous one. I would highly recommend this company!!

Stay away from this company!!! They installed my roof then the shingles blistered. They avoided calls, never provided support for their product, and repeatedly lied, cheated, and refused to back their work. Never use these people!!!
