Installed a complete roof back in 2006. Left a message the other day (NOV 2021) since we had a 30 year written warranty. No call back at all. This is not the type of contractor you want who does not honor their contract. Time is a true test of character.

Jim was good about calling me back when I reached out to have him give a bid on replacing my roof. My folks had used him before, before I owned the home, and the roof was still in fair shape 20 years later. His crew arrived on time, worked hard, and did a good job. He even came back himself to replace a small piece of trim was overlooked. I was happy with the roof, the price and the workmanship.

Been calling around to get bids. I emailed him and he said to give him a call to setup a time. I had my husband call to setup a time to come out out and do an estimate. The day came and he never showed up or even called to cancel or reschedule. Then I get an email a few days later asking me to call and setup an appointment not realizing we had called and setup an appointment with him. So I filled him in on our missed appointment. He was quick to call my husband soon after that. We decided to give another chance after he left a message, so we called him back. Now he won't pick up when we call. Loss opportunity for his company.

What a joke this company is. Called to have some roof and gutter work done. He is so busy he can afford to be rude to prospective customers. Apparently our job wasn't big enough for him. I would give him no stars if Yelp allowed me to. Avoid this company

Love our new roof from Jim Moylen Roofing. After watching several neighbors over the last year have their roofs replaced by Jim, we took the plunge and weren't disappointed.

Jim lived up to our expectations and went above and beyond. He always returned our calls, answered all our questions, and actually did what we hired him to do.

His crew was amazing. They were on time, respectful (no loud music playing from the roof tops), kept us informed of the progress, addressed our concerns and cleaned up after the job was done.

I highly recommend Jim Moylen roofing. He was here on time for every appointment we set. He gave me the date of the next sunny day and did my roof in one day. It is beautiful! He even did some extra work and did not add it to the bill. It was a fair price and I am happy. Sears gave me a bed for the exact same roofing material in the exact same color however they said three months out and wanted 4000 to $6000 more! Jim's workers were nice, professional and cleaned up The front yard after the work and I looked better than it did before they came.
He recommended that I check in with the insurance company to see if they would cover any of it. They came out and saw all the storm damage and helped with the bill.

Right after the big storm we had here I called 18 roofers. Four showed up. One ran away when I asked if he was bonded, Cisco roofing never showed up on the right day or time and then disappeared after the estimate. And Sears wanted almost double for the exact same roof with the exact same materials. The sales person, Scott said it's better because they are Sears. Whoop Dee Doo. He said they give you a longer warranty. For the exact same materials who cares. Stick with Jim Moylen he is honest, direct into the point and gets the job done beautifully.

Jim was referred by a friend who had used hi twice. He wrote a fair and clear bid, that made it easy for us to understand excactly what it would cost to replace to roof and take care or the dry rot. It was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. We also met new neighbors, who overheard to crew on the roof and came to ask about the company. They commented on how well they worked together and treated each other. They are using Jim to replace their roof too.

Called because the website states they specialize in flat roofs. Nope, they don't do flat roofs. Asked if they could point me in the direction of someone who could. Got huffy and told me no, and also that he was ""on vacation"" and was promptly hung up on.
If you're on vacation then don't answer your phone. Hanging up on a customer because you can't help them is pretty bad business.
