I was referred to Jim Hageman Roofing by a friend who had recently replaced her roof and was very happy. I, too, am very happy and wanted to share my experience here. First off, they were quick to respond, and followed through exactly as promised. This alone is worth something to me--so many companies these days are unresponsive and inconsistent.

Both Jim and Rebecca came to give me the initial quote. They were both friendly, informative and answered all my questions. The quote was provided promptly. Rebecca, in particular, was very patient with me as I tried to decide on the color and type of roofing. Once that was chosen, the team moved quickly, and I now have the exact roof I wanted.

The crew was great. They were respectful, and helped answer some of my questions. Also the entire site was kept clean along the way, and they fully cleaned up after they were completed.

I would highly recommend considering this company for your roofing needs. I just hope all my future work on my home goes this smoothly!

I had a sun tunnel added and a solar fan. Love the sun tunnel, added much needed light to my dark living room. And hope the solar fan will help cool down my house on hot summer days.

Hagerman roofing guarantees work for 10 years where all others were at 5 yrs. That was a nice selling point.

Jim, Rebecca, and their Team did an great job start to finish. Given the investment we would be making, we had many questions. And, Rebecca quickly responded and was available to answer all our questions regarding process, permits, and samples.
The work was done timely and efficiently. I appreciated they were fully prepared and timed everything very well. That is, demolition, inspection and arrival of materials.
Our house, being the portal to the community, was in need of sprucing up. And, a new roof has made a huge difference. Many neighbors are stopping by to admire the work. Thank you Jim, Rebecca, and Team

Received a call from Rebecca this morning which at least shows they take Yelp reviews seriously. She explained it wasn't Jim's fault my roof shingles have failed and that the manufacturer was responsible for advertising the shingle as ""40 year."" Considering Ca. climate and conditions the shingle has faired well.
It's my fault for assuming a 40 yr label signified the life of the roof. While I do appreciate the fact they followed up with a call I've moved on to another roofer as I'll need another roof before long.
My 40 yr roof is actually a 22 yr roof!
My advice is don't accept a term warranty
as it's likely just a selling phrase.
I give them 5 stars for following up.

We had a leak over the garage and Jim and Rebecca came to assess the work within an hour of calling them. We were due heavy rain the following afternoon so they had a crew come and complete the repairs early the following morning. Great service! Highly recommend.
