Unfortunately I hate to have to write this kind of review but a first impression is a lasting impression in regards to service. Now i like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. I called JH Gutters a few times before I got a response finally he sent me a text and said he would be available on Wednesday at noon. I told him I would be here. Wednesday comes and I stayed home all day waiting for him to come. He was a no call. No show. (Sigh) then he sent me text that evening telling me he could come the following day. He never mentioned that he missed our first appointment. Once I asked for an explanation of why he didn't call to reschedule that is when he apologized. SMH. I just felt in my heart that if he was that nonchalant about a quote how unresponsive would he be if I had awarded him the job.

The owner Joesph is so unprofessional. He's rep came out gave me a quote. After booking an Appt with him to install gutters on a Monday at noon. Joseph did not show. He called me around 5pm to reschedule for the next day at 9am. His team came and I showed them where they was to install the sofits and fascia which was apart of the quote his rep wrote up. They called Joesph and he wanted to charge me an extra price. I called him and sent a copy of the quote to him. He stated that he was on his way to look at my house. His team left and never showed back up. He never came to my house. I called left messages and texted him no reply back. Do not spend your money with this company even though they quote for a cheaper price the service is unprofessional and you know what they say you get what you pay for. I tried to do business with black owned business being a women of color and this is the unprofessional business I get. Pay a little more and go with another company that's better suited for the job. Owe and I asked Joesph about the warranty of the job he quoted me 3 years but the Rep wrote 5 years on my quote. So much inconsistency. I'm glad I did not do business with this man.
